We visited here on our first night in Budapest. It was very close to our hotel & we happened upon it accidentally. We were seated promptly & shown the menu. Being vegetarian I was worried there wouldn’t be options for me. However there was plenty...for me. I ordered the beetroot for starter & the ravioli for main. Both were so tasty. Staff were very attentive. I loved the pineapple mock-tail also. I had mint & bergamo mousse for dessert. My friend loved tuna pate & cheesecake. Loved the amuse bouches in between courses. Definitely a once in a life time meal. Would highly recommend.More

Excellent food, excellent service!

This place looked dead on many nights, yet one night we walked by in the later evening and it had a great vibe. We enjoyed drinks at the bar! Decent beer selection and excellent cocktails.

My friend and I went to celebrate our birthdays together. We chose the Cosmopolitan Degustation Menu, and it was dining experience to remember! The food was artfully prepared and delicous. Extraordinary experience! We chose this purely on a whim (it was next door to our Viking River Cruise hotel), and it was one of the best meals of our entire trip. Superlative food. Incredible staff. This is a destination restaurant.

Food and service were both fantastic. We had one of the tasting menus and were very pleased with everything. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here last week, and it was perfect from start to finish. They gave us a choice of tables, so we chose one in the window. There is a fantastic selection on the menu, and the waitress...explained it all beautifully. The sommelier was superb. My wife has quite a specific palate where red wine is concerned, and he patiently listened to her requests, brought a few options to taste, and helped her select a fantastic Hungarian Sauska. We opted for a 7 course tasting menu, and I decided to go with the paired wine flight. This was the best decision, as the sommelier picked perfectly throughout. As each course went by, the selections got better and better. The food was out of this world too, we particularly loved the beef carpaccio, and I was in heaven with the Rum cake. My husband and I had a delightful evening at Caviar and Bull. We truly enjoyed the ambiance, the high-quality service, and, especially, the delicious food. The lobster popcorn is a definite must, but everything we ate was great along with their beautiful preparations. We also...tried some amazing Turkish wines recommended to us by the knowledgeable connoisseur. Furthermore, we appreciated how attentive the staff was as they all worked together to make it an enjoyable evening. One of the best meals I have had in all my 72 years. Expensive, but a great treat at the end of our holiday. The tasting menu is simply amazing.

We chose Caviar and Bull to celebrate my wife’s birthday and were not disappointed. From the warm welcome by the Maitre d’ the decor and atmosphere was perfect for a special evening. We chose the Contemporary tasting menu which consisted of six courses with some...amuse bouche as well. Each course was perfectly presented visually as we well as tasting amazing. Portion size was just right for a tasting menu. The time between courses was perfectly judged by the waiting staff who by the way were excellent. The meal was completed by a Happy Birthday chocolate and candle. So for a celebratory meal whilst in Budapest you cannot fault Caviar and Bull.More

We have experienced Caviar & Bull where we live in Malta and we were very impressed as usual with the personalized service and explanations of each plate served. We have done the degustation menu and decided to order from the menu. My wife had the...Lobster Popcorn and I had the Jellified Tomato Bufula Mozzaralla for starters both of which were outstanding. For our Main course we had to have the Omaha Sirloin steak Medium rare and believe me, coming from the states and having eaten the best corn fed steaks from Nebraska, this steak was right up there with the flavor of the meat, aguis and a little peppercorn sauce on the side. We have to commend our host, Tom, who was very informative and proud of the establishment.
