I wanted to visit BB'z for food and drink after multiple recommendations from TripAdvisor. The place is very easy to find as it lies on tourist favorite Kiraly Street. I reached at about 11 and was informed by a very friendly server that kitchen was...closed and I could only have drinks. I told him their famous cocktails was one reason for my visit so I would return in half an hour after having dinner. I went to nearby Zing Burger to eat and returned for a second try at the place. The guy who had asked me to return wasn't there so I went straight to the bar. The bartender seemed bored and when I asked him about cocktails, he said we are about to close and please order something quick like beer. That's what I did and ordered a draught. I wouldn't have been annoyed if this was case with everyone but in my 20 minutes at the place while finishing my drink, I saw the bartender preparing several cocktails for 2 tables on my left. This really made me sad and down. Were other customers locals or was I very touristy English speaking guy that they could deceive me so openly. I left feeling dejected. This place has great reviews and feedback. Food might be the reason but I didn't try it, for me customer service and attitude was big let down.More

Visiting Hungary from the UK. Reserved a table online and came for evening meal. Friendly reception, busy but not packed. Taken to relaxed corner with fab sofa to curl up on. T Gabor was our waiter, and very friendly and efficient. Food came quickly and...portions were enormous. We had bacon cheese burger and pulled pork sandwich. Could t manage it all, but only for to the size of platter. Cocktails were reasonably priced and tasted great! T Gabor checked regularity if we were ok or needed anything these. Great first impression of Hungary in chilled atmosphere. Was just what we needed!More
