We enjoyed this so much we went back the following day. As you might expect from a small backstreet family cafe in Budapest the decor was simple but the service was excellent and the food was a really good standard. We had a range between...us including Avocado on toast BLT, granola/yoghurt pots and pancakes along with fresh coffee and homemade lemonade that was actually produced to order with fruit being squeezed and mixed. Good sized portions but we did find the granola a little over roasted for our taste and despite being fresh the kids didn't love the lemonade. Overall, plenty of healthy options and we enjoyed our breakfast (twice).More

Just wonderful!

We stumbled across this place on our first morning in Budapest just around the corner from our AirBnB, and we fell in love immediately! Fabulously engaging maitre’d and fabulously delicious food! So much so, we had brunch there every day of our 5 day visit.

Cute little brunch spot

Such good, fresh food, really quick service and friendly staff too. We got there a little before 10 and got seated straight away but there was a huge queue as we were leaving

Great brunch spot

We ordered the chef’s reccommendation - tuna sandwich, american pancakes and two cappucinos. Everything was really delicious and nicely served. The staff was very friendly and kind. We instantly felt welcomed.

Cozy place in Budapest

Must visit!

Lovely cafe! Came in November 2021 and had to visit again when back in the city. Pancakes were amazing and everyone else had egg dishes which were really good too.

Great one

The breakfast was great… the acai was ok but the egg dishes and french toast was so yummy and a must try. We sat outside and enjoyed the experience.

Perfect place for breakfast

We were staying near here. This is such a peaceful cafe, to have a breakfast. The staff are really and genuinely helpful. You can sit inside or out. The cafe is always busy. This happens when the food is delicious.

Budapest Cafe with Melbourne High Standards

What a wonderful surprise this was. Great cafe with excellent coffee and food menu. The dishes were delicious, healthy and beautifully presented. Any Melbourne coffee lover would be satisfied.
