Great value compared to a lot of other places, the food was tasty, the decor was unusual. I imagine it would be lovely to sit out in the courtyard in summer.

We visited here on recommendation of our Lonely Planet guide. Got there just in time to have the lunch - we arrived at about 14:40, asked about lunch menu, get said it was only available until 15:00 at which point I questioned the time and we were asked if we wanted it (we had read the description outside). The lunch... More

We went here on our first night in Budapest, it was one of the restaurants recommended in our travel guide and was not too far from our hotel. It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was fairly busy although we appeared to be the only tourists the other diners were Hungarian. The menu is in English as well as... More

Looked up this restaurant as when wr visited it 4 years ago the food was superb. This evening it was awful. The goose I ordered was a dried up tasteless piece of leather. When I bought it to the waiters attention he said it was normal. So if thats his expectations then no one coming to this restaurant should have... More

Great food, nothing to spicy or egzotic but local dishes cooked perfectly. Juiciest pork ever. Environment is very stylish and chilled, great for dates.

This place looks really cozy from the outside but it's quite boring from the inside. The food is ok but it's not a place you must visit.

Upon arrival we were shocked of how peaceful and lovely the place look. However the the male waiter was arrogant, lazy and looked angry everytime he had to come over, he was never happy and didn't talk when we ordered. Food was presented very nicely and tasted as good as it looked. Very impressed with the place but please hire... More

My lunch was the days lunch. Including a soup, main dish and desert. The prise was around 1100.- huf. Like 4 euro. Very cheap. So very god value for the price, but it was just a chicken leg with potato mash. I missed a simple sauce. The interior was nice.

I was taken here by a local friend. We ordered the set menu -- soup, main course, dessert. The soup (a vegetable broth) was OK, the main (a Schnitzel in tomato sauce and nokedli) pretty good. I could not praise the dessert more highly. It was a soft almond créme topped with whipped cream. The setting was modern and soberly... More

A friend and I had a light lunch here in the courtyard. It was a sunny day and a beautiful location. We had a very tasty house white and then the crepes stuffed with paprika meat which was delicious.
