If you are in Budapest and have some time go and check this coffee shop out! It is pretty small, very cosy and the coffee is just amazing!! They also sell it in bags and the owner has his own coffee combo. I would recommend...it if you want to drink something alone, but also for couples and friends:). The prices are normal:)More

The cafe is so tiny that it is very difficult to find an empty table or even to move around. The service is quite friendly and the beverages are quite good. I would say the cafe is overall, a nice place but the size is...just too small with their 5 indoors tables.More

While in Budapest for two weeks, we went to 2-3 different Cafés per day to try their Espresso... and Apricot was, hands down, the BEST! The vibe is so warm and welcoming! 🥰 The owner, Balász, was a total sweetheart and so fun to chat...with! Viktor, the barista, was super talented! Tina, Viki, and Flora were amazing servers and remembered our order! They have two Coffee Bean varieties to choose from daily - a House Blend and then a rotating single origin Bean. We would always rotate daily which we had! Our favorite was a Double Espresso followed by a Bulletproof Coffee. And the Bulletproof Coffee was DIVINE! It is made with just Espresso + Unsalted, 82% Fat Butter + MCT + Water... but it is amazingly creamy and delicious! Perfect way to start every morning before we hit the pavement to explore Budapest! Thank you, Apricot Family! You will forever remain in our hearts! 💛More

A wonderful, cosy find on a very rainy Hungarian winter day! Truly great specialist coffee, lovely, talented baristas and records playing in the background - a must go if you’re in Budapest

Overall great experience. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, caffe quality was outstanding. I drunk bulletproof caffe, and my girlfrend drunk black chocolate latte. Pasteries were great also, puffy and rich. I recommand to every caffe lover.

We found this place hidden near our airbnb and one day decided to get flat whites to go and some pastries. The staff spoke English very well, were super nice and their coffee was amazing. We also enjoyed our pastries - a chocolate croissant and...a cinnamon roll which was to die for. Definitely would come back again. :)More

I never realized how difficult it is to find a place in Budapest to have an early morning coffee. I stayed in Krudy Gyula utca and as I woke up early I searched the net for a place in the neighborhood to have a 7...am caffeine infusion. A surprise: Krudy Sörözö (Krudy Beer Cellar) opens at 8 am and the nearby Kakas Presszó (The Rooster Café) at 4 pm. Interesting, to say the least. Finally, the Apricot Coffee popped up on my cell's map... Never heard of them but decided to give them a try. An easy walk through the historic Horanszky street where every building speaks volumes, and there it was. To sum it up, I was not disappointed: super cosy ambiance with attention to detail, professional and friendly service, the exciting sounds of coffee grinder and teaspoons on the porcelain cups that give chills to every serious coffee admirer, and all with the smell of the finest Arabica. The latte and the warm chicken wrap were superb - so, what can I say other than - it is fully recommended!More

We were in Budapest in May this year and naturally visited a number of coffee-shops for breakfast or just for a coffee stop. This was the best place we found for coffee. The staff here really know how to make a great coffee. Recommended.
