We are a group of friends living in Budapest, we have been visiting this place frequently for about 20 years. We are very satisfied with the food, service and the atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and helpful with a great sense of humour, we...love that! The portions are huge, we are always planning to eat dessert but we are full with the main dish😁. We recommend this place if you are visiting Budapest or live here.More

There are much better places in Budapest to visit that offer better value for money. The location is good but the drinks and food is expensive compared to other options

We visited Paprika with my husband and a 1 yr old this summer. The food was delicious - the goulash soup, the chestnut puree - everything! And the staff was so lovely. Brought milk for the baby and colouring pencils and just were very friendly....Would recommend visiting this place to anyone in Budapest :)More

We just dropped in after walking by and had an amazing first visit to this restaurant, which is somehow cozy and spacious at the same time. The staff were super friendly and we were served our food quickly. This is really traditional Hungarian food and...it was incredible. We'll definitely be back!More

If you want to taste a piece of Hungary then go there! It doesn't feel like a restaurant but more like you are having a family dinner which is very nice. Very cozy restaurant with great customer service. Also, you will get delicious big portion...here!! Absolutely loved it and thank you! Also make sure you book in advance as it's always full!More

We visited this restaurant for lunch based on a friend's recommendation. It was a hot afternoon but we did find a table in the shade. The food was mostly average (especially the Gypsy Pork), but we did enjoy the fried goat cheese with rice and...paprika sauce. Overall, we cannot recommend this restaurant based on our recent visit, despite the many positive reviews.More

The food was simply excellent and the portions rather large for reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly as well. We would eat there again anytime.
