We had a really nice evening at their pub- food was great, the service fast and the people really nice. We were lucky to find an empty table as it was a Wold Cup night, but even considering this things went great. A LOT of...bonus points, because we lost our credit card there and when we came back the next day to get it back, they had found it and had taken care of it. Really great people, and greatful for getting our card back. Moreover, the vibe and the music and the food were excellent, gave us the "pub" experience. Definetly will come backMore

Stopped in here after a boat cruise and the Red Ruin bar so we were in good spirits upon entering otherwise we may have left like other reviewers. We had to ask to be seated and then waited awhile for service. The woman server approached...and said, yes please. We said, huh? She repeated it and we concluded she was asking what we wanted. We wanted a2 Jameson and ginger drinks. After a bit of confusion, she left. When our “drinks” came it was 1 glass of ice, 2 glasses each with a shot of Jameson, and a small bottle of ginger ale. We actually laughed about it. It took awhile but we did get more ice. We then waited forever for her to come back so we could order a snack and 2 more shots but she never came. I then saw her putting her jacket on and then kissing other employees goodbye. We waved another employee over and eventually got the rest ordered. It’s almost as if they don’t want customers.More

It was okay for a couple a beers late one afternoon, but service was slow. We considered it for a quick dinner, but when we asked about specific items, they were out of stock on most of the menu. In their defense, it was late...Monday afternoon after the F1 race, but I would think they would have been resupplied by then.More

Visited for drinks before a river cruise, whilst drinks were OK, the bar over charged us. Charging us for an additional beer. They did correct this and say it was because rhey charged us for the person sitting next to us.

The waitress was rude. When my friend waited for me in the restaurant i have arrived took my seat and the girl told us that please dont arrange the table next time. And we just look at her az told her that we didn’t do...it, your colleague done. Secondly we couldn’t pay separately, although we asked for.More

Stopped by for a couple of drinks. We were seated very quickly however the service was very slow which was quite frustrating. We felt we didn't exist as a couple of staff kept walking past. More attention to customers needed and a bit of a...friendliness would be nice.More

Stood inside the pub at the entrance for 5 mins whilst staff stared at us. assumed we could sit anywhere as it was fairly empty and staff were not attentive. As we sat a brown haired lady came over and questioned us rudely and sarcastically....left immediately, would suggest other places down that road, much nicer and less judgemental! :)More

Went in here on a number of occasions during our city break, both evening and afternoon. Was very busy in the evenings but did manage to get a table. A bit quieter in the afternoons. We were shown to a table each time we went...here. The first evening I ordered an aperol spritz. It was huge especially after having other alcoholic beverages during the evening. After that I stuck with white wine which was very nice. There was a really good singer on one of our evenings, which was quite nice. One of our lunchtime visits we ordered pizza and a portion of chips to share. Very tasty. We found the staff lovely and prices very good. A pub we will go back to again.More

Went for a couple of drinks on first day of our trip and enjoyed our time there so we decided the following day to revisit after a morning of sightseeing and have some lunch. We sat outside and waited for 10 minutes but nobody came...out so I decided to go up to bar to try and order some drinks, was told it was table service only so I told them where we were and went back for another 10 minutes, at this point we’d had enough and left. There was no reason for the bad service as they weren’t that busy. I had noticed on our first visit that it was quite difficult getting staffs attention, they just seemed to look through you or do anything to avoid eye contact. My conclusion is if your a couple avoid , if your a group of ten out for a drink then you will probably have a good time as the staff will swarm around you as it’s all about the service charge.More

Nice staff, excellent serving and the best french fries (fried in duck fat) you can eat in the city! Try to visit the place when there is live music.

Great location, food was not great (too much garlic on bruschette), very competitive prices that they can afford by charging you random stuff you never ordered, and then at the style of hungarians, when you have a problem all of a sudden they stop speaking...english. Definitely not coming back, SCAMMore

We stopped here for a quick drink after our river cruise and managed to catch the end of a premier league game. The bar was very busy but the staff managed to keep on top of things really well. The drinks were reasonably priced and...the staff were very attentive, great place to stop for a few drinks and watch some sports.More

We initially stumbled across this on our first afternoon in Budapest and continued to go back every single day since. There is a large selection of television which showed sports and showing the darts while we was in. Brilliant music and atmosphere. The staff and...table service is excellent. Happy hour runs from 2-7 with £1 pints. What more can you love.More
