Great food. Great. A few other things (ambient music; lighting) aren’t quite perfect, but I’ve been back about 10 times because the food is of a quality a foodie would appreciate.

This was our second visit. Restaurant is casual and elegant at the same time. Food is creative and delicious. This is not typical Hungarian food (not that there is anything wrong with that), but more sophisticated and continental. Easy to get there- close to the...More

We loved the bread course and the mains (ravioli and stuffed game hen) but the microscopic scallop starter was tasty but far too expensive for what you got and the apple juice foam on it short lived. The Hungarian white wine was disappointing with a...More

We had a really great dinner at Tama. We've been in a lot of fine dining restaurants around the world but this was in the best 5 for sure. The degustation menu is exciting and more than enough, and the service is perfect. We've celebrated...More

Very good service, food and wine selection, prices are good for what you get. Not my first visit. I suggest this place.

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube,
with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The
Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica
stand out as two of the finest examples of
architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for
more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval
city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while
the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention

Prices are well above the average. The starters are around 10 EUR, the mains 15-20 EUR. I don't remember any traditional Hungarian dishes from the menu.
