Whenever we are passing by Balatonfüred we always make sure to have lunch at this amazing place. Waiters always greet us warmly. After we order we get the food in a short time. Tasty foods and big portions. Waiters behaviour is outstanding. We definitely recommend...this gem and for sure come back.More

This is an excellent restaurant- huge menu, well prepared, great service. We always depend on it being good when we bring guests who would like a great Hungarian meal. And the prices are not outrageous!
The duck was grey and dry. The potatoes were dry and the red cabbage not good. Nothing looked or tasted fresh. The manager of this restaurant needs to review the menu. It is too long. Particularly for autumn / winter. Only put something on the...menu if you can cook it well and serve it fresh. i am just a home cook- but would never serve food like this to guests.More
Wide range of choices on the menu and the food was excellent. You can people watch on the promenade side or sit in the garden with a view of Balaton. Service was maybe a little tardy at times but otherwise pleasant and professional.
After 10 minutes of wait in the entrance, we were finally received with a very icy welcome, and once we finally got our seats, on a table that has not been cleaned yet (not bothering them in the slightest), the waiter asked for our order...in an almost rude way, without showing us any menu or whatsoever. When we asked for one, he disappeared and never came back. We left after 10 minutes of wait. Never again.More

We’ve been waiting at the door to be seated. A number of waiters passed by with no reaction, actually actively avoiding an eye contact (there were several free tables inside). After asking one of them for a table, she just said ‘you have to wait’....After 15 minutes we gave up and went somewhere else.More

We had reservation. It took 26 minutes for the waiter to take our order . The drinks arrived further 15 minutes later. For the bill we had to wait ten minutes. It wasn't full so this these times are unacceptable. The food is acceptable in...size but highly overpriced for that quality.More

HUGE menu. May be over 100 items! Impressive, taking into consideration the kitchen handles it well. Went a for Transylvanian mixed with 6 different meats. Very good impression of the place. Quick service, great tasting food and an also great tasting local red wine.

As a perfect couple we went there. The waiter had no idea about wines. To get 1 bottle mineral water took 15 min.after that he mixed up my partner’s order after he asked us 2 what we want. The trout and the potato did not have taste at all; there were some aluminium foil on the trout... 5 waiters came to my table, it was very distrubing that one table did not have only one responsible waiter. To sum up, I do not...recommend this restaurant.More
If you want to try fish soup while you stay at Füred, this is your place. We always have fun at this restaurant with my family. It is one of the best places around. The staff is professional. The location is very nice, next to...the lake Balaton and to the main promenade.More
Far below all expectations... The Restaurant was full, but I do not understand why. The mixed meat plate was disappointing. All the meats were dry, flavorless. French fries was so wet, that it was already disgusting. Maybe it was just a very bad choice of...food, but after this we were not brave enough to order sweets. This is a very good quality restaurant. The promenade on the shore of Lake Balaton, which offers a great view in a very nice environment. The service is great. The food is also good. There is a great selection, and vegetarian guests can enjoy very...delicious food here as well. I highly recommend it to everyone.More
