I apologize that I didn’t get the name of the young man who was my waiter but he was exceptional. Had worked there since the age of 18 and was a true professional at the age of 25. He helped me rearrange the menu a...little bit and get the octopus and black ink pasta. Absolutely delicious. Very nice half liter of house wine to go with it. I had one of their mousse selections for dessert which was spectacular. Highly recommend this restaurant for flavor value and service.More

This was a disappointing meal. We ordered starters and main courses. The cooking was competent but nothing special. We sat waiting for twenty minutes for our plates to be cleared away after our starters. When the waiter removed them she asked if we would like...coffee or dessert, and was surprised to hear that we hadn’t yet had our main course. We then had to wait another twenty minutes for the main courses. The restaurant was not especially busy. There are much better restaurants than Pirat Piran in Piran. Go to one of those instead.More

Very good seafood. Bit the atmosphere is not so good. Too many tourist, too big card, all the food cannot be fresh. From our meals oke was OK and the second was very good.

We were looking for somewhere to eat quite late and stopped here where the staff were very accommodative. As we were waiting for a table I noticed the name of the restaurant and it was Pirat, which I had already come across as a great...choice in my research so we were excited that we had stumbled across it and would get to eat here. There was a lot of choice on the menu and it is very reasonably priced. There is a vegetarian section of the menu and kids menu plus it also has lots of seafood choice, so it suited us all. I had the courgette gnocchi and it was delicious. My husband had the cuttlefish goulash to start and then swordfish steak and he loved it. Kids were shrimp gnocchi and chicken snitzel and also very happy. We ordered a bottle of malverzia white wine and got a large carafe for €16. Service great, food delicious, going back tonight to try some more!!More

They was really nice and friendy. The food was fantastic and delicious, fresh and home made. It is worth to come and visit. We will come back if we visit Piran again.

Clean and bright in the coast avenue of the city. Menu is based on seafood but there is other options . Service is good .we went with 5 kids and everything was fine . We had lunch with an octopus with vegetables .

Amazing food with excellent atmosphere. If you are in Piran, this is a must you need to add on your to-do-list. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Celebrated my birthday there, incredibly satisfied! The fish and seafood were sooo fresh, all accompanied by very tasty white house wine. The set of 5 starters was a joy for the mouth, I still dream about the swordfish I had there. We followed with a...big pan of mixed seafood, which was very rich and tasty for only 17 EUR! The staff was very polite and attentive, and the owner was amazing. I travel quite a lot across Europe, and I think I have rarely found such value for money! We will definitely come back.More
