The location of this restaurant may not be as nice as others in Piran, but it serves beautiful food. We ordered the sea bass for two which the waitress expertly deboned for us at the table before serving. The bread was the most delicious I've eaten in ages. Well worth a visit.

Our friend recommended it and we decided to try it out. It was really good. We had a plate of mixed seafood for the cold starter and we loved it, the bakala was delicious! Then we ordered one plate of spaghetti with clams and one plate of noodles with shrimps and tomato sauce, both was really good. We also had... More

Our family loved our night at Pri Mari. Service was friendly and food and wine fantastic. Reasonably priced. Didn't find the service too slow as others have mentioned. Stand out meals were the mixed mussels and stuffed squid with potato/spinach. Desserts were great too- poached pears in red wine and tiramisu. Would highly recommend.

Following a recommendation of our hotel we went to Pri Mari. In this restaurant we actually learned the virtue of patience! The service was very very slow although the restaurant was far from being full. We waited more than half an hour for our dish. The food was exquisite but the service was very slow.

I think this is probably a family run restaurant. The staff were all very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We all had a fish dish and they were excellent. The prosecco was good and cheap.

There's a wide choice of fish available as well as daily specials. The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. The wine is very well priced (a bottle of prosecco for €12!). The staff are really friendly and speak good English and Italian. Overall a lovely evening!

It's a if you're sitting in your mother's kitchen and she's preparing a home cooked meal full of love ... food is unbelievably delicious and the atmosphere is out of this world

Visited after reading many good reviews. The food was of a good quality, however I must point out that the owner, whilst being friendly, believes the restaurant is wonderful and needs to step back and look at the service from the eyes of a guest, in other words, watch out for being complacent.

Went to this restaurant after reading all the glowing reviews and thought for a moment I was in the wrong place. The food was good enough, but there was an atmosphere of complacency in the air. It really feels like they don't need to make an effort as they will get enough customers through the door anyway. Having stayed in... More

We ate here following a recommendation. We all ordered schnitzel but we were served pork fillet w bacon sauce. We queried the food served to be assured "no, it's schnitzel" service ok but Piran offers better for less euros.
