Delicious food, staff out of focus

Food is really delicious, menu innovative. Staff was too much focused on their old customers, forgetting the new ones: waited more than 15 minutes on the extra bread for appetizers. Was really hard to get attention of the staff. At the end left with mixed feelings.

Prekmurje's busy cuisine

Located near Murska sobota, at the heart of Prekmurje region, you will find this rather busy (reserve before visiting) good cuisine with a flair of local traditional food. The chef tries to flip things around the menu so go with 3courses at least and dive into a mix of slow-modern-traditional food. Tasty, from local produce, and friendly staff who are not highly knowledgeable but do make you feel like you're eating at your friend's place. Well worth stopping, eating well for reasonable prices.

Good food in a good place

A good place to stop and have your lunch. The food is very tasty, the chef is profesional , mixture of tastes is correct, the restaurant has it own parking place, big terrace and table inside if you are hot to stay outside. Parking has tree shade, so your car won’t heat up as a frying up an. The prices are ok for the good quality product that you receive. As well they serve a complement from the chef at the beggining, nice bonus😉! Thanks

Local and delicious

This region is famous for pumpkin seed oil, buckwheat, duck meet and pate, goose liver and so many more. And you can taste all of these at Rajh's - along with some traditional cuisine. The food is really tasty and not expensive. At our short visit in Prekmurje region we tried langaš and duck pate, delicious goose liver, veal liver and delicious dessert with seasonal and local ingridients (pumpkin seed oil, elder tree, raspberry...). I was impressed already with the amuse bouche: some buckwheat bread with pumpkin seed oil. Yum! Can't wait to visit again :)

Food very tasty, staff a bit grumpy with no explanation added to the meal. Michelin star restaurants are well known for the exellence and profesionalism in this case… staff member should never assume who sits behind the table. Anyways.. food delicious, particular staff a bit less.

chicken was rotten, smelly

Whenever I visit them is something wrong. Ambience OK, friendly staff, food a surprise package. Lastly, the fried chicken was rotten, smelly,... The answer is that it was probably frozen rotten. This is not suitable for a Michelin star. I don't recommend it.

Worth of visit

After long years I visited Rajh for the second time. Because of Michelin plate I had quite high expectations. I left the restaurant fully satisfied! Everything was superb: interior, service, plating, flavors, fair price.

Ok, finally a place to be mentioned with 5 stars after some time... The food is good and so are the desserts. They have a nice vine selection and a bit “cliche-ish” gin selection... The ambient is nice and the staff is ok. The covid situation didn’t ruined the experience!

Eating here is really an experience; everything we tried tasted very good and the way the food was served was also quite nice, for example the seasonal soup was brought to the table in a jug and our plates only contained "štrukli" and the soup was then poured into our plates. We also tried the stew which was brought in a pot, very fun! The staff was very professional and friendly, even when we returned one portion of the beet risotto because it was too salty, they gladly made us another one. Highly recommend this place if you want to try some local foods and enjoy it :)

Truly World-Class Food

We had a truly outstanding meal here, elegantly served and plated. The prices were maybe on the higher side for the region, but compared to the US or (especially) Western Europe, the meal was still ridiculously cheap.
