We noticed the cafe when walking down Miklosiceva street and it looked encouraging for a hot June day. I had homemade ice tea and peanut butter brownie - both really fresh and delicious. The whole menu looks great and caters for various dietary requirements.
There are four branches of Bazilika in Ljubljana, and we went to the Mikloshicheva branch twice. On our first visit I had a gorgeous vegan root vegetable soup, with an avocado sandwich. On our second visit I had avocado and pistachio toast, followed by banana...bread. Really lovely atmosphere, with good service. Great little spot to visit for a quick lunch, or to pass some time reading. Highly recommended.More
Our first stop after arriving in Ljubljana from the bus-station. You will pass this tiny café on your way to the city center.
The café has two floors but it is very small. Coulors are wooden and fluorescent green.
We had coffee and cake and...loved it. Maybe it is a bit pricy, but my husband who is a sparetime-barista said the the coffee beans were very good (and not bitter at all) and the girls who work there very friendly.
If you pass it or have so spare time go there and have a nice time.More
Went there for breakfast. I had latte and croissant for only 2.5e!! My friend took latte and bread with organic jam and butter. The jam is homemade and reaaally good! They also had heaps of other delicious looking pastries.
Amazing place to take your coffee, prices were low for coffees. Because they have many Bazilika im writing for the one that has tables outside in the park. There is also a book table to borrow books and magazines.
I often eat lunch at this restaurant. Their daily soups are really good, healthy and not expensive. The place is pretty small but you can also take your lunch to go so it is not that crowded. Also service is great, their servers are super...friendly and nice.More
