I used to eat Roza Slon pad Thai at Odprta Kuhinja in Lj, because it was the best, so when I decided to stop by their restaurant in Bežigrad last week, I thought that there would be no such difference in taste. The pad Thai...they serve there is extremely bitter due to the red sauce they put excessively over the noodles, there was no carrots or soy sprouts, and the onion springs were dry and disgusting, I thought it was leek at some point!! It was a big disappointment. I hope that the quality of their food isn’t this bad in other restaurantsMore

This place has the real feel and taste of Thai street food. If you like it you should try it here. I suggest Pad kee mao with beef

Me and my husband loves Thai food. Since we were driving from Dobrna to Ljubljana. I thought why not search if there's a thai resto around the centre. Googled and found Roza salon interesting as the interior of the resto was quirky. And the reviews...are well. We were travelling with our 2 y.o. son so I have to order no spice at all fried rice. It was so delicious, my son ate alot! Me and my husband ordered Padthai and Tom yum and we were not disappointed! It was soooooo tasty! Tom yum was superb! Servings were in good portions. We paid less than 30€ including Singha beer, coconut juice and a bottle of water. Location was around 10 mins walking from the centre, easy to find and I think its just opposite of the train/bus station. Thank you so much for the amazing thai food!More

Good Thai food in Ljubljana. Sometimes they do lack in customer service also the food sometimes too spicy-like they added too much by mistake. But overall good food👍

Went to Roza Slon to try their Pad Kee Mao. Knowing its a spicy dish from Thailand, I wanted to try how spicy they make it for Slovenian standards. Im from Asia so I can take my spice rather well but damn.. It is HOT....Ordered a green curry for my friend and he was barely surviving but finished it because it was good. But our asses were on fire. That said, it is good and tasty. Service was rather slow for a weekday evening but the servers and cooks were very friendly and welcoming.More

We made the mistake of believing some of the reviews of this place which state it as the best thai food in town. I sincerely hope this osmt the case. Large portions, yes. But so greasy and lacking authenticity of flavour. Nothing more than a...fast food place near a train station...More

We tried pad thai and tom yum. Both were delicious and very fair price compare to other place in Ljubljana. They do takeaway-like with disposable plates & cutlery. The food is freshly prepared which always great. The interior is interesting but provocative, check out yourself!

We wanted to lunch at LOVING HUT but the food looked disgusting. Spontaneously we stepped into this small and colorful Thai Restaurant with moderate prices and unique interior design. The portions are big and it's good but average Thai cuisine. I would come here again!...They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options!More

If you are searching for proper Thai street food, then Roza Slon is the place to go. Situated near Bus and Railway station. Bit crowded during lunch time, but the stuff is fast and the food is delicious. If you like to live dangerously than...you should order Pad kee mao - really spicy. All the prices are 5,90, except with shrimps 6,30. Definitely you must visit if you like Thai food.More

Place is small but nice. Funky, with lots of board games and pop-art artefacts. I like their food. Just note that until they open summer garden your clothes get smelly if you stay there too long as there are couple of wok's cooking in the...same place as you wait and eat.More

To crowded, nowhere to sit. We were waiting for food for a full 1 hour. I do not recommend this place.

I was in this restaurant first time, i told by friends that its great, so I went there to try. I ordered Pad Thai and i can say that the taste is good. Its not the best pad thai I’ve ever tried, but the taste...is good. Also the other option for eat looks great. The price are 5.90€ ( chicken ) 6.30€ ( shrimps). Also the ambient are really nice and the staff are also very friendly. I will come back and try also other dish. Good Job Roza Slon !!More

Only tried the Pad Thai so far ( and the free Asian candy I got to try ), and it’s a solid 4! The taste is really enhanced by the piece of lime you get with the noodles, and the crunchy peanuts that come with...this dish are an absolute must. After a while every bite tastes the same, though. Still delicious, but without a distinctive flavor. The portion size is quite big, and the price-quality ratio is just perfect. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu, definitely a go-to restaurant for the worn out tourists who just arrived at the near-by train station, as well as the locals, looking for some fresh, yet hearty lunch. ⭐️☺️🥡More
