Two spacious window-facing tables, outside seating, friendly service. The avocado sandwich was uninspired & mediocre; the coffee was not bad. I wish Ljubljana had more places with Italian style coffee (especially capuccinos). Is it really so difficult to hop across the border and take a...peek?More

We waited 10 minutes before the waitress came over then another 15 minutes for the drinks. Food was ordered and another drink which took 25 minutes. It wasn’t busy so I don’t know what they would do if they were busy! The waitress didn’t seem...to want to be there and didn’t seem to care that we waited 25 minutes for coffee, which arrived cold, and that three people who came after us received their drinks before we did. We asked for the vegan quiche and were told “not today” whatever that means and we’re not offered an alternative. The soup arrived, which was nice, but she brought the fish quiche instead of the vegetarian one. They had waited so long they didn’t send it back as we didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes. The toilets and inside decor are very nice but we won’t be going back.More

The place and the ambient was very nice. The fact that they had fresh and organic food is a big +. The only minus point was that we waited a lot to get served, there were only to waiters and they seemed a bit overwhelmed.

It's pretty, it's cozy, it's pet friendly, the food is delicious, they offer gluten-free and vegan options etc. the staff is always friendly, it's my go-to place to run to while I'm on a break.

Friendly and always smiling staff 😄. Small portions but very nice flavoured! I recommend the sandwich with avocado, hummus and baby spinach. Little birds are also flying around what makes it a very cosy and relaxing environment.

We had been sitting outside on a nice terrace just on the place of the French Revolution. The coffee was very good (vegan milk Options available) and we had Fresh home made lemonade. The Toasts are delicoius - I had one with Avocado spread topped...with yummy crunchs spices, pistachos and sesame and one with peanut butter, bananas, Agave Sirup and cinnamon - all VEGAN... :-)More

We got here at about half past nine. It took quite a while until someone came to take our order. I would have wanted a croissant but they didn't have any left so I ordered granola with yoghurt. It took even longer till we got...our drinks and when they served the food they forgot my granola. There were only two waiters and they seemed to be overwhelmed. In the menu it was written that regional and healthy products are very important to the company but they constantly used expressions like "we 'often' buy organic products" so I am not sure how serious sustainability is to them. (to me "often" sounds like they rarely buy organic products and they know that it would have been a lie to write "we solely buy organic products" so they swerved to a less captious option) Vegan and gluten free dishes are available.More

I visited this cafe quite by chance as Le petit cafe next door was full . The interior is very nice and relaxing and as the cappuccino was so good we popped back later for a light lunch as they had a good menu ....They do daily soups and homemade pies and I had a very good panini with mozzarella and pesto . It may seem a little odd to mention the toilets but they are worth remarking on as very nice and spotlessly clean , even the men’s which I accidentally used on my first visit ! Pleasant staff too .More

I find Bazilika's prices a tad too steep for the quantity of food, but the quality leaves nothing to be desired. The best adjective to describe the food would be "playful" - the pies, sandwiches etc. are not usually super exciting food, but here they...are prepared with enough imagination that they stand out from other brunch places. It helps that the menu changes a lot too. At the Križanke location choose a table near the entrance unless you don't mind inhaling car exhaust fumes.More

Nice place with friendly staff, great interior and awesome avocado and hummus sandwich, which I highly recommend. Variaty of options for vegeterians and vegans, and good coffee(espresso and barley coffee) is always a good thing.
