We went to eat at this charming little place after a long day of hiking in Kranjska Gora. The place has sufficient parking capacities, it's location just off the road. Very homey and charming, everything was really good - we had Jota and Goulash, with...home baked bread and some local herb liquers ( I recommend you try a shot of "žonta"- home made version of travarica). The food was tasty and well prepared, the staff nice and polite and overall, the experiance was great. Would definitely recommend :)More

Arrived hungry, left disappointed is the summarry of the first (and last) visit. Ordered pasulj and ričet (barley stew). Both dishes have been over-spiced and I imagine they've used chilli for some unknown reason as that has never been used in original Slovenian recipes! I...have received about two small sausage pieces and less than a full spoon of meat. We got 4 small pieces of (nice homemade) bread to share between 3 people. Bread is an important part of Slovenian heritage and we would expect to receive 3 times as much (to ensure there is plenty for everyone). Feeling incredibly hungry, I've eaten the beans and dived in to find the bits of sausage and meat. I sincerely regret my decision now as my stomach is upset and wish we'd gone to McDonald's instead. Haven't been there in years and at least we'd get what we paid for! Today I have learned it's possible to cook an awful pasulj, which shocked me as it's definitely one of the easiest dishes one can make! ******************* Naročili dvakrat pasulj in enkrat ričet. More

High prices for medium quality. The staff was very strange. Not really friendly. The prices of the dishes are strangly high compared to other better restaurants in Kranjska gora. Never again.

Staff was unfriendly, seemed uninterested in telling what the menu was. Portions were extremely small for a high price. Dessert which was supposed to be hot, was cold, staff ignored our request to make it warm. Terrible value!

We picked up blueberry cream strudel at Kosobrin and we were not disappointed. The strudel was delicious. It is so rare to find such a home made speciality these days. The Kosobrin itself is quite a small restaurant serving mainly traditional Slowenian food. The service...was very friendly.More

This is a nice place to stop near Kranjska Gora. Had the sausage with horseradish and the Strukli, both very good and average price for the area. Waitress friendly and spoke good English. I definitely recommend trying it.

We stoped there as we believed we'll get good home made food. OMG, we were so wrong. The cook even managed to ruin jota (delicious Slovenian food) - with thyme and carrot. Have you ever eaten sauercrout with thyme? Don't try, it's gross :-( Besides...the fact the food was disgusting, everything is also overpriced. Plate of mushroom soup - 6 EUR; jota 8,5 EUR... Seriously?More
