Very cool place in a monumental building - always a good idea to come for a drink after a movie in the nearby cinema or a theater play

Horrible horrible service . I’ve been waiting for waiter for 40 mins. (It wasn’t too overcrowded at all - Sunday evening). Even after I caught one and said that I would like to order - girl said it’s her first day so she will ask...another waiter to come to us…. And no one showed up. They were just ignoring us for some reasons. We’ve spent there 50 mins. in total, left money for a beer my friend managed to order before and left cause we couldn’t even asked for a bill. Such a disappointment 😢More

I visited this place for late lunch as i was going onvthe terrace of the Palace of culture. The waiter was very friendly, unfortunately didnt get his name. He came up with some suggestions for me and i followed. The dish that I ate was...not what i imagined to be but i ate it all. It was a meat with pumpkin and potatoe pure and black... black carrots. I was impressed. Place is full of trendy crowd and has a cult vibe, spot light on my table made feel like on theatre stage. The cafe is located in the theatre bit of the building. The only minus is that it is pricey, but worth it.More

Kulturalna is located inside the Palace for Culture and Science, Stalin's gift to Warsaw in an amazing style. The restaurant itself had a good soup, very nice main dish and terrific smoothies. Service was friendly and efficient. It wasn't particularly cheap, but not expensive neither.

big range of kraft beers. home made cakes - very tasty and lunches with reasonable price. All in all worth go go eat ans spend some time relaxing.

After politely asking a member of staff to be able to connect two adjacent tables and proceeding with it, a rude and ill mannered person came up to us and schooled us on the subject, not allowing us to continue. Upon being questioned by the...manager she was being mouthy back - awful person. Strongly advice to avoid.More

Had a salmon risotto there which was a good dish, slightly filling and light at the same time. Funnily enough, it was labeled as "vegetarian" on the menu; well, Poland is a Catholic country, and fish isn't meat per the religious definition... ;-) But it...was certainly real salmon in the risotto, Polish "Jurassic" salmon per the menu. I also liked the house wine. The place is a bit hidden (take the entrance to the theatre left if you stand in front of the Culture Palace's neon sign), but I've seen it quite full on a Saturday and a Sunday evening. They take reservations.More

This is my regular go. Lunch or dinner. Great and very healthy food. Cool bar. Very relaxed. If you like this easy and slow style of atmosphere with very good food, great drinks and some theatre vibe - it is your place.

Kulturalna is always a good alternative when looking for a good, quick meal, a nice beer, and a decent ambiance. Friendly staff serves promptly and the food is always well prepared. Last time I had a mushroom and veggies dish, went down very well. Affordable....Nice visit!More

We went here a bit later in the evening. At first we thought the building was closed, but to our surprise, we could actually go inside. Hidden in there we found this bar. The waitress was very helpful and spoke good English, which makes sense,...since most of the guests were tourists. It didn't feel tourist-y though, and the laid back attitude and easy-listening rock made us feel at ease very soon. Had a nice time here overall.More

positive vibe, lovely personel and great coffee, healthy juices and small food (I was a regular during my staying at WW)

We ordered some of the "small dishes" like the vegetable bowl, chicken wings and hummus with warm tortillas, together with raspberry and normal lemonade. It was all amazingly delicious!! The price-quality-balance is very good.

Thanks a lot for your appreciation! Hope you'll visit us once more! 💚
Cafe ulturalna is a great and very original, place for beers, snacks and chats in a nice atmoshpere (outstanding communist architecture of the building). Nice charismatic staff, good music, selection of drinks and food and reasonable prices make it a great spot. Plus the localization,...it couldnt be more central :)More

A nice hidden restaurant in the Palace of Culture and Science. Tasty food, good service. Great for meeting friends. They also serve vegetarian/vegan dishes.

This is the destination if you're a lover of art, culture and an original hipster atmosphere: the amazing bar is located inside the museum, and has preserved all the original furniture and bar dating back from the 1950's. The nice barmans have given a cool...vibe to the the place, and their music choice adds a Wes Anderson touch to the ensemble. On the menu, classics, and - my personal suggestion - the flavoured waters: a big jug full of fruits and juice. Lovely break from hard sightseeing in town.More
