Stopped in for lunch after a morning city tour and enjoyed the lunch.
For starters we chose the Mozzarella with Peppers and Tomatoes. Fantastic flavors and just so fresh.
My partner ordered the tomato soup with focaccia croutons and loved how fresh the soup was. I ordered the Margherita Pizza and was surprised at how fresh and tasty this pizza was. Pure Italian.
Great lunch and great service.

After a few terrible mishaps, I'm happy with the dishes and service again. Everything we ordered this time was fresh, tasty and inviting. The wine list is still below its former level, but interesting. It's a pity there is no orange ice cream; none of the current staff has even heard of them - those times will probably never come back. Thank you very much for the nice time before the evening opera

Great food and service.

This hotel restaurant had good reviews here and I was craving some high-carb meal after walking all around Warsaw.
The setting is nice.
When I walked in it took four workers (three of whom were doing nothing behind the bar) almost 4 minutes to ask me if I’d like to be seated.
I was a solo diner but the restaurant was nearly empty. In any case they sat me at the small table, in the back, in a hallway and next to the kitchen entrance.
I had a decent glass of wine but the pour was about 3 ounces.
The small piece of focaccia bread was tasty and the balsamic on the table was very good.
The pizza I ordered (Quattro Formaggi) was terrible. Really, really gross and inedible. I know better than to eat Italian in Poland but it was so very bad!
Prices are reasonable (coming from the US).
The server was friendly.

Seriously rude and unaccommodating staff - wouldn’t allow us to sit inside when the restaurant was empty for the full hour and a half we were there. Our meals all came at different times - some of our group got mains before starters where as others got both at the same time and some had to wait for their food while others had already finished. Disaster

I chose this restaurant because it was the only one open at the time (8am). I ordered french toast for breakfast and was extremely disappointed. I waited half an hour only to get 4 pieces of burnt bread with a few pieces of dried fruit. I wasn't even close to feeling sated after this sad meal. I paid 20 złoti for the toast and 14 for earl grey (7,45€ together). The atmosphere is really nice though, and the staff wore masks.

Yetsreday. We ordered vitello tonato. Vitello was totally without tonato. We asked the waitress to ask the chef what about tonato. The cook (chef was absent) gave us information that the namie of the dish comes from the type of meat (???!!!). So my wife asked directly cooks what happened with tuna sauce of vitello tonato. The cook's reply: we have recipe from ou chef. Go ask chef, but today hi is absent. No comment :) Other dishes were poor, service very mediocre as well. My points 2 of 5 goes only because of "pizza parma". Was very very good.

It was my first visit after a very long time. Would like to forgot it as soon as possible. Place looks great but food is below the expectation. Only pizza was OK but only OK. Foccatia was cold, carpaccio too salty. The cod was served with an orange from the refrigerator. The wine selection is very limited, not like before.

The service was slow, the kitchen staff seemed inexperienced and worked at a slow pace. By the time the food was prepared and served by the waiter, it was already cold. Unfortunately, I didn’t like it.

Two days in a row. Perfect service. Perfect setting. Beautiful, conveniently located. Super clean. I live in Brussels, where posh restaurants abound. Here, I had the absolutely best asparagus I have ever had in my entire life of almost 24000 terrestrial days. Not kidding. A superb selection of teas. Perfect cappuccino and in the optimal size of cup. Aqua Panna water. Beers, wines, strong drinks, too. Lovely, light, delectable gourmet pizzas. Sublime ingredients, obviously from a purveyor organic produce. Go, have a lovely, lovely time. You won't regret it. Prices are very well chosen: by international standards this is an affordable Gastronomical Treat. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in Warsaw that are not as good, but far more expensive.

Recommended by the concierge at our hotel when we asked for Italian food. It was a comfortable walk from the Sofitel- just on the edge of the old town around the corner from the opera and theater. It was tucked away just off the busy street and it was nice enough for us to sit outside which was great. The waiter was great- friendly and spoke English well- helpful with our questions. We very much enjoyed the bottle of wine he helped us with and the food was good- sea bass with herb risotto and spaghetti carbonara. It was an very reasonable treat for our 1st night in Warsaw!

Had a really wonderful meal here, we were just passing and hadn’t realised it was a restaurant, so we had walked past many times before. The cheese and meat boards were delicious, the wine was lovely- thoroughly recommend.

I had my family of 7 going there. Service was great, all orders where done and all the food was ready in 15 minutes for all of us. Tasted so good. We will be back here for Italian food.

Yes it’s Italian. In Intaly you face „servizio”, „coperto” and this is the same way of business, typical Italian cheater.
On the table not ordered 2 bottles of the mineral water. Looks nice, in good restaurant often you get something for welcome, but in this one… you will find it on the check 4 Euros each!
Portions small, we left the place just a bit less hungry than we enter it.
But it’s not “terrible”, staff was OK and dishes were tasty.
Anyway this visit was the two visits, first and last. ;-)

Thank you very much for your comments. We are very sorry for this misunderstanding. It is a common practice in restaurants to put bottled water, wine, and even stronger alcohol on the tables to encourage the guests to buy them. Free amuse-bouches are usually small appetizers, sometimes light drinks or welcome shots. We serve the homemade focaccia with olive oil as such free appetizer. The waiter's mistake was that he did not inform you about the water not being free of charge. We are very sorry for that. We are glad that you think our dishes are tasty and you appreciate our efficient service. We will definitely take your comments about the size of the portions into consideration. We hope that you will visit us again despite this small misunderstanding.
