On 9th of February, me, my wife and our dog had a lunch here. We enjoyed with domestic soup and boar accompaning with nice local beer. Special thanks to Mateusz who looked after us and especially for his very freindly attidude for visitors with a dog

Four of us had lunch here in September and it was super. Rafal looked after us excellently, introducing the menu and serving us expertly. The dishes, very local, were well prepared and extremely tasty. The setting of the restaurant is traditional, right in the centre of the old town and it was fun to share the dining room with a couple of wild boars!

Perfect location, just across from the palace. Great view. Delicious food. Besides traditional polish food, restaurant also offers hunting meat selections, which is great and not common. Waiter was English speaking and very courteous. We had great time and would recommend this place to anyone.

If you are curious about the traditional cuisine of Poland, Przy Zamku has probably one of the best kitchens in Warsaw. Beyond this though, you will definitely enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the great service. Here the keyword is "MATEUSZ". He is very friendly and you feel that he loves his job. He will give you good advice, depending on your preferences. You will have an unforgetable culinary experience!

The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived by the waiter Mateusz, in spite of the fact it was fairly late in the evening. He even provided us with a complimentary pâté hors d’oeuvre which was a nice touch. The food was great and the decor was very beautiful too. I would definitely return the next time I’m in Warsaw.

We've been in this restaurant 5 years ago and enjoyed it again. Deer carpaccio, wild boar, steak, shrimps accompanied with excellent spanish Katxina white wine and superior service made this dinner very much enjoyable. By the way - chef in this restaurant is the same - pretty, modest women, don't know her name unfortunately. In our next visit to Warsaw will cone again!

We stopped off here to sit outside by the warm heaters and enjoy the view of the castle. We were met by a really friendly and helpful waiter Lukas who was happy to help and take a few photos for us! We had the Prosecco which was kept topped up by Lukas before we finished our glasses. Reasonable price and amazing service. Would 100% recommend this place! Inside looked lovely and clean and food looked great!

On Wednesday 26th of February, I have had a lunch at Przy Zamku with my family. Matteusz was very welcoming (…big THANKS to him!) and provided us valuable recommendations to enjoy typical Polish food from the starter to the dessert. And the place itself was very warm and pleasant inside, with a great view on Plac Zamkowy. I think there is no mistake if you make a stop there to have a taste of Poland!

The comfort place in the heart of Warsaw, where you can hide , when it rain .You will have a tasty dish .And you can fell the atmosphere of the restaurant. And if you want you can make the photo with your kind and helpful waiter Mateusc.And most if all we like "liver goose pate"from the shef.

This review is long overdue. We had the best time at this restaurant. We got into our airbnb late at and walked around Old Town looking for a great spot to eat. We walked into this place after they were basically closed - they were kind enough to open the place back up for us and we had a really great experience! Amazing good and great atmosphere. We never felt rushed and we ended up staying for quite some time. Our server, Michal so sweet. He was still training, but he was amazing! Thank you for having us. Highly recommend!
Restauracja była wspaniała. Nasz kelner, Michał był wspaniały! Przyszliśmy tutaj już prawie po godzinach jak restauracja była właściwie zamknięta. Kelnerze byli bardzo przyjemni i ugościli nas. Wspaniałe jedzenie i atmosfera tak samo.

Place in the main square.
Very nice and welcoming waiters.
The pirogies are excellent, the duck a little less so, which I don't recommend.
There is a good wine list.
Higher price than typical Polish cuisine.
If you are in the centre, you could stop by.
But don't go there specifically.

Lovely view over the square. A nice place to sit and people watch. Great service from Mateusz. See only had drinks her but looked really welcoming inside. Would definitely recommend a visit here.

The restaurant is located directly in front of the castle of Warsaw.
Thus it’s more expensive than other restaurants and it’s offering modern international dishes and not traditional polish dishes like most of the other restaurants in that area.
I ordered a salad with goat cheese as a starter.
It was very delicious with a very good quality.
The main dish was a tenderloin steak with French Fries. The meat was outstanding.
Together with a big bottle of water and an Espresso the total amount was 37€.
This is expensive in Poland but the quality was very good.
The waiter was very attentive and polite.
This was the my best restaurant visit in Warsaw.
