Friendly staff and wonderful food. The chef asked if she could surprise me and after being slightly skeptical I was glad I agreed to be surprised. Try the cheesecake for dessert. Definitely a place to eat in Warsaw. I highly recommend.

Looking at the latest reviews, I have to wonder what's going on. I'd planned to return on a future family visit based on the quality of food and wine for dinner last night, but it was a pre-booked group of about 25 people. The food...was excellent, and even the Italian among us commented on how excellent was the merlot served. Staff were attentive (and satirical too), the old castle building itself an interesting backdrop to the meal. So, because of this, I highly recommend. But apparently if you visit on your own, be prepared to wait a long time for a meal that is likely to be, nonetheless, excellent. As a guest, I have no idea how much this all cost, but given the venue and the quality, it must be $$$.More

terrible place. You have to wait over an hour for an order. staff is inexperienced in customer service. Young children will "starve". Even in Mcdonalds, for the delay, they give fries for free, here, even words of explanation or sorry. I do not recommend.

Good food but not worth the long wait (60 minutes) in a restaurant that was not full at all. Decided to take dessert elsewhere.

Very bad experience, rude staff that doesn’t care about how the customers. I can understand that sometimes workload can get difficult for waiters but here the restaurant was 2/3 empty and well staffed so there is a clear company culture problem Have tried many restaurants...in Warsaw and this is definitely one of the worse experienceMore

Cold dinner and warm drinks - that didn't really balance out. The much-praised view can perhaps delight a city dweller who only knows grey house walls.
