We have been to Na Lato on three occasions in small groups of three, or five. And while the food on every visit was good, the service was not. Some waiters obviously not in a right place, indifferent, and forgetful. Quality control of plates leaving...the kitchen might also be advised.More

We went there with friends for Sun breakfast and last eve for dinner. Breakfast was OK especially Benedicts with exception to ‘Na lato’ set - micro portions of fish paste, one slice of ham and one literally) slice of cheese were kind of embarrassing. But...last evening was worse - shrimps burger tasted as potato cake, ravioli were hard, I asked if it is the standard as to the dough's thickness and the waitress confirmed that it is as it should be. However from many visits in Italy I never had such hard dough in ravioli. What was nice both visit was a cheesecake -yummi. Summary – I expected much more especially taking into account the reputation they seem to have in town.More
We wanted to let it go as we were emotionally drained enough because of the horrible situation, but over some weeks we noticed what was problem for Na Lato's waiters and manager is not a problem ANYWHERE else, in Poland and abroad. We were a...group of nearly 20 people, sadly we left something like 1500 zloty for them on that occasion, and sadly on many occasions before - but never again. It was the very last time we did, and we used to be their regular customers for quite a few years, often bringing large international groups. We were made to go to the ATM (which btw was broken), because AFTER we've ordered they told us we could pay with max 4 cards or cash only, and they wouldn't split the bill. The manager then lied that she told us upfront, which she didn't - in fairness, she should have when we were calling about the booking. If it wasn't for the fact that there was a disabled person with us, we would have left, because there was no way we could pay the way they wanted. Anywhere else we would either get separate bills (especially that we asked for it in advance), or the waiter would come to us with a terminal, we'd say what we had to eat each and he would calculate it for us and take the payment from each person. It's that way both in small bistros and Sheraton's restaurant, no questions asked. Na Lato on the other hand had a huge row with us, guilt-tripping us and basically insulting us saying that "as an exception" (only once we said we're pissed of regulars here) they'll do it for us but we're making it "hard for them" and they need us to each calculate who had what ourselves because they don't have time, and to MAKE SURE EVERYONE PAYS. MIND YOU they still charged the service charge for this HORRIBLE PSEUDO-SERVICE. If the above is not enough, there was a waiter who was loudly saying that "he's had fu***ng enough"and is about to "throw us the f*** out" as a reaction to part of the group intonating a line of song for 10 seconds as a joke/mood lifter, WHILE WE WERE ACTUALLY THE ONLY CUSTOMERS INSIDE AND NOT DISTURBING ANYONE. And it lasted for like 10 seconds. The waiter, reprimanded by a bar tender as there was a Polish customer from our group standing next to him waiting to pay at the bar WHILE the waiter was saying that, he responded "I don't f*** care, let them hear, I f*** want them out, I don't have time for this". The most appalling service I have ever experienced. None of us or our friends is ever going there again.More
Na Lato is one of my favourite spots to eat breakfast in Warsaw. The restaurant offers a beautiful garden and wide offer of breakfast dishes. Their egg variations is a masterpiece. Coffee is good as well. The service is very caring and always tries to...help you with every problem. The prices are a little bit too high, but I blame it on the hipster style of the place. Highly recommend for a breakfast 🥞More
Na Lato is trendy at the moment and is supposed to be fancy. But the service looks very bored, the food is average and pricey. But there is a great patio for summer visits.

Very nice quaint atmospheric location. Went there as a group of 6 on a casual excursion to warsaw. Sat outside on a nice day. Staff were very friendly. We were attacked by a few insects. However if you are going to sit outside then what...do you expect. Food was of an excellent quality that cannot be faulted, nevertheless if you are hungry maybe order two dishes as the portions are not that big. Overall an excellent experience and we would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice breakfast.More
Place has a large patio with tables, sunbeds and chairs surrounded by greenery. The terrace is nicely decorated with lamps and white accessories. Atmosphere is posh which mismatch the list of served dishes. Menu doesn’t stand out, neither is fancy: basic Italian courses with addition...of few European positions. I’ve ordered i.a. salmon tartare but it tasted like sushi roll... Other than that food was all right but average. Our table was served by three people - the staff is rather indifferent to visitors, including the manager greeting guests. The personnel seems to be random, not professional - no warm welcome, no kindness, no magic words such as “thank you” or “please”. I think the place might work better as a bar not restaurant. List of beverages is quite long and differentiated. Potentially, good place to go out with friends for evening drinks but unsuitable for a meal or date. Visited here as part of a large group whilst working in Warsaw. We had the set menu and everything we had was delicious and really reasonably priced. The decor and vibe of the restaurant is great and it’s very cosy. It’s a little far out...the centre but worth it I’d say. It was also quick and friendly service.More
Na Lato seems to be always alive and kicking. Their food is nice and tasty, the main problem is the lack of air conditioning during the hottest days. Recently I mainly used it for afternoon meetings- with cold coffee and wine
We were 40 people for a business event dinner. Ordered fixed menu at one of the more expensive choices. The wait was unbearable. Beers in bottles came in 3-4 at a time with long minutes between each service. Appetizers came in more than an hour...after we sat. Food is really mediocre except a salad which was nice. Service was just ok, and clearly required more waiters for such a large group. The positives are good people watching and nice atmosphere, especially outside on a summer night.More
Great restaurant where you have a chance to meet someone well known. Food is delicious and it is served in very elegant way. I really recommend trying their drinks which are very tasty and perfect for hot day.
