We have been wanting to try this restaurant for weeks based on their Instagram advertisement. Seemed like a great place, until today.....our family of 5 went there to celebrate my son's birthday and the staff was unbelievably rude. We were the only ones in the...entire restaurant (now we know why) and they were talking to each other without seating us. Then we finally got a seat, but the dark haired waitress was the rudest person we have ever encountered in Warsaw. She was extremely hostile and hateful, so we decided to leave before ordering. On the way out, the unprofessional staff began to laugh at the fact they had treated us so poorly that we wanted to leave. I can't imagine that the owner would want his customers and families treated in such a manner, especially when we were there to celebrate something special. We are always kind and respectful to the wait staff, so usually we have great experiences. We have only had 1 other bad experience in the past few years in Warsaw. Every other restaurant has been really great! I hope the waitress learns how to treat customers kindly in the future. I should have listened to the negative reviews here and on the other sites, but I tried to be positive and give it a try. BIG MISTAKE....save yourself the trouble.More

My favorite pizza in Warsaw. The dow is magical - elastic yet well cooked snd easy to chew, toppings are excellent. Only problem - they do not deliver outside city center, at least Saska Kempa they do not take :-(

Real napolitan pizza. Everything in this place is Italian, water oil, everything. I love it. Pizza is so good even for Italian standards

Having just flown in from London and in need of a quick fix of comfort food, a quick search on TA there up the Ciao a Tutti. Being pretty much a restaurant out on it’s own, the Ciao a Tutti is a good 15 minute...walk from the main station. Seats are limited, so best to book in advance. Quality of beverages and pizzas is very high, and the cost is very affordable too. Only slight downside is the abrupt manner of the waiting staff. Service with a smile would have added an extra circle. Would return if we found ourselves back in Warsaw.More

We've re-visited this restaurant yesterday, and a lot has changed since the last time. They used to have separately cheese and meat appetizer board, now they're mixed, the portion is much smaller and there're no longer tiny jams to go with cheeses. We've both ordered...drinks, and additionaly I asked for a tap water. The waitress refused saying the owners don't agree to serve tap water. It's the first time in any Warsaw restaurant I was refused tap water. Pizza was still delicious, dessert was ok. For 3 non-alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer for 2, 1 pizza and 1 dessert we paid 125zł - way too much for what you get. It will be a long time until we visit again.More

YES! This cozy restaurant is serving Real Pizza! The crust si fluffy while the base is nice and thin. The ingredients are simple (as they should) and top noch quality - you can taste every single flavour. For desert I had the Cannoli - the...filling was good, creamy, not too sweet, topped with candied fruits. The shell however was too thick in my opinion. While I was there a lot of customers were waiting patiently to be seatted, some would order take away, delivery services were also waiting for orders, so keep in mind that this place is packed, and for good reason!!More

Better than a lot of pizza eaten in Italy, and I'm from Italy. I recommend it for the quality and the price. You have to try also the Tiramisù

This pizzeria was absolutely amazing, nice ambiance and very friendly staff. The restaurant is very much on the smaller side with only a maximum of 30 people at once, which means you should either try and eat early and beat the rush which is what...we did or book a table which seemed like a popular alternative. Would really recommend the focaccia to start as it was amazing but quite large so best to be shared between a couple people! The meal was also really good value for money considering it was in the old town!More
