went here for dinner just over two weeks ago; the food was actually really good despite waiting a fair while. my partner and i weren’t bothered about this at all and we’re not particularly ‘needy’ customers; lucky as there seemed to be only one waitress!...we felt sorry for her more than anything as she was running around trying her best but of course only so much she can do, she seemed upset/distressed a lot and definitely could’ve done with some help! it’s a shame as if they’d had sufficient staffing her service and the atmosphere would have been wonderfulMore

Ordered 2 latte coffee for PLN 18 in the menu card. On the bill, the waitress wrote one coffee for PLN 38 because I allegedly ordered a large one. So I paid PLN 76 for 2 latte coffees.

Found this cozy gem off the square. Friendly staff that was welcoming, Service was very good. We order coffee and dessert which was delicious. I did see many dishes eing served that look fantastic. We will be back for dinner. I would recommend this over...some of thenother crowded places.More

It is a surprise that such bad restaurants still exist. I went there with two friends. Before we entered the outside garden, the waiter said that we can enter PROVIDED WE ORDER DINNER. The place was almost empty. I regret we did not leave immediately....The waiter was rude and incompetent. I asked for ice cubes. He rudely responded they do not have it. Then I asked another waiter for ice and he said they have it! I do not really get why people who apparently hate food business and clients run it. Food was very average not to say tasteless. We left no tip and decided to warn others:) Prices are high but it is the case for the entire old town.More

Visited this restaurant with my significant other. We were greeted with a “you can only sit here if you eat” attitude. Something we didn’t experience when passing the other restaurants. We were starving so we decide to stay and eat. The waiters were sketchy. During...our meal they went to a car and traded something for money. They were constantly on their phones and did not pay attention at all to their guests. The glasses were dirty and I had (what I believe to be) a cat hair, in mine. Uuuerrgghhk! The bread that they served was stale and old. The food was fine but nothing out of the ordinary. I couldn’t take it anymore. I asked for the bill and they had the guts to charge us 13 zloty for “service”... waaow! I do not recommend you to waste your money or time at this place.More

In the square in the old town ,nice location outside seating very busy area.we ordered a starter only as we just wanted a light lunch hubby ordered soup I ordered tuna salad but we waited 30 mins before it arrived, also we had finished our drinks...but no one came to see if we wanted another one,to be fair when the food eventually arrived it was very nice ,my husband then went to the front desk area asked the guy for a wine and a beer that didn’t happen so when we finished our meal we had to go down to the guy and ask for our bill ,I think he then realised he’d forgotten about the drinks but it was too late we’d finished our meal by then ,he was very apologetic but the place didn’t seem busy at all so I don’t know why we had the long wait ,so if you decide to give this place a try allow plenty time ,apart from that it’s a nice area to eat,and there a other nice restaurants in the square we just chose the wrong oneMore

I was born in Warsaw and have very fond memories of the mushroom stuffed bread. It does not taste as good as I remember but nevertheless stop by for one every time we visit Warsaw. This last January however - the service was just absolutely...non existent and simply laughable - an actual embarrassment - especially in that location from people with lots of history and culture. I ordered something for my kids, a friend and one of these stuffed mushroom buns for myself. I asked for real napkins and not the nonsense wax paper see through ones - some of these places try to pass off as napkins. I had kids with me and some of that stuff gets messy and is greasy. Knowing from experience that they are super tight with the napkins despite there not being shortages in Poland for decades. I knew this was going to be an issue so as politely as I could - asked very specifically for real napkins - and the woman at the window who might even be the owner pointed to the wax paper ones - (which by the way are not napkins in any way shape or form.)I politely explained that would not do and pointed to regular napkins she had sitting in a pile behind her. I even offered to pay extra for the napkins (enough to buy a pack basically). She said that she did not have enough rudely and with attitude - like I was out of line(despite the large visible stack) and that those were for more important things. Anyways - what a joke. She can keep her napkins and greasy over buttered buns. We will not visit this place again. That being said most places around Warsaw old town square are a sham filled with wise guy waiters and service where they make you feel like you owe them something despite you being a paying customer. They can learn a lot form the businesses in Torun Old Town Square and Krakow as well. The service here was non existent and beyond rude. During our vacation to Warsaw we have visited this restaurant for having a lounch. My wife ordered spaghetti bolognese but the taste of the sause was very very spicy something that wasn’t warn at all in the menu.I don’t know but shouldn’t be warned that the...specific plate is spicy for allergies or something ? Anyway my wife ignore that and tried to eat a bit because the staff tried to avoid our complaints. At the end after we said to the staff two three times the above question sent us to the manager which got nervous and start shouting because we asked why the bolognese was so spicy. Not even apologize just he told me that he tried the sauce and wasn’t spicy at all and was telling all this because I didn’t want to pay.Anyway we pay and left the place but I felt so but so sorry for him. Very unprofessional behavior. The place is not recommended.More

We had to wait for a greek SALAD for 40 minutes, seriously how much time do they need to cut some tomatos and cucmbers? And it's not even delicious! The waiters are VERY rude. Don't visit this restaurant it might ruin your day.

While the food was semi ok, the service and the price we paid made it the worst experience in Warsaw. Staff were rude and just completely ignorant to guests. We had to ask for things serveral times. My girlfriend ordered a small glass of wine...and was recommended the chardonnay, little did we know that what was served was more expensive than the food itself. When the bill finally arrived, after a long time waiting and several reminders, we were schocked at the amount. Don´t go here - it´s a rip-off with poor service..More

The title tells it all. The restaurant offers nothing that is not available from countless others nearby. Even the service was average.
