Great service, excellent food, strongly recommend smoky steak tartare - absolutely delicious, good place
I would give zero star if I could. If you come from abroad and are allergic to anything don't go in here as the staff don't even know what means being allergic to something and you could risk to die. I went there with some...friends. I am allergic to fennels and my friend is allergic to gluten. We said that multiple times when ordering. After a wait of 40 minutes we get out dishes and one of them was containing gluten. My friend noticed it (not the kitchen, not the waitress). We inform the waitress who isn't sure about the presence of gluten in the dishes (she was the same waitress taking the orders). After 10 mins, the same waitress comes back from the kitchen and apologies for the inconvenience and offers to redo the dish. zwe wait other 20 mins. When paying the bill we ask if there was a discount for the inconvenience caused and she refused to apply any discount. We pay and we go talk to a manager who basically said the issue caused wasn't that serious because they made again the dish again. He proposed to offer some drinks just because we were complaining. Of course we refused because he was doing it just because we were complaining. He also kept repeating "I don't know what to expect from you" which doesn't make any sense giving I am a customer. This place really need an INTENSE TRAINING on ALLERGIES, ENGLISH and CUSTOMER CARE. Avoid this place if you can and if you don't want to risk to die because staff in here doesn't even know what food contains gluten in 2023!! There are better place where to eat in Warsaw!!More
I visited this place Monday afternoon, therefore I cannot rate how it is there during the peak hours. The strongest sides are first of all the dishes which are really diverse and nicely served and the interior of the restaurant, as the main floor as...its underground part as well. The waiters are friendly, some of them speak Ukrainian. If I come to Warsaw once again I would like to visit it at some Saturday evening.More
Annoying sensations. Service very slow and inexperienced. One had to ask for the menu card, as the waitresses apparently decided they had more interesting tasks. Despite the Saturday afternoon, the room was practically empty, so there should be no talk of excess work here (this...is just an assumption, of course). We ordered 2x cod, a lamb sandwich, something ala ramen and a potato with pastrami. The dishes arrived after 50 minutes, partially cold. Again, either the waitresses did not comprehend, or there is a total lack of communication in the restaurant. For the lamb sandwich, the waitress brought fries after 10 minutes. Overcooked. The cod dishes featured asparagus, which at this time of year should rather be replaced by something else, as it was inedible. The biggest mistake, however, was the pastrami. It used to be their specialty at this restaurant. Today, the pastrami was stale, dried out and simply unpalatable. At the same time, the waitress admitted that they don't eat dishes from the kitchen. On the one hand, this is a good thing, because there is nothing to regret, but on the other hand it's a shame, because it's the staff that should know what they are serving, and it's proof that no one there is in control of anything. If the desire and passion for running a restaurant is already lacking, then it's time to maybe do something else.More
We had a great business dinner, with spectacular (and tasty) starters, including the smoked beef tartar which seems a kind of signature dish for MOMU. The seconds are coming in big sizes and are very good also. The service was excellent and the place is...very nice. The price was right for the quality of food and wine and for the great experience.More
Someone recommended this place to me and I was grateful we went there. Beautiful deco and tasty food. I would recommend this place.
This restaurant serves one of the best beef tartar ever! And the presentation is magnificent. It’s a must when you visit Warszawa. The service was great, personal and caring.
Very nice place with friendly service and plenty of places inside and outside. A large selection of dishes and alcohols. Daily three-course lunch for PLN 20, you can eat it. Tasty and great design, I recommend it.
This is a very popular place in Warsaw. Always very busy. I was very disappointed with their service. We were a group of 6 and each of us received cold food. We have sent it back to be heated. Must say it was tasty but......I was also very disappointed with the level of hygiene. Toilets were not clean and it was even not busy time in this place. Considering current epidemic situation - not good at all.More
Good atmosphere, tasty breakfasts with delicious caffee. Good price and during weekends you can eat breakfast until 2 pm. and for caffee you will pay only 1 gr. One minus that to breakfast scrambled eggs with beckon you get 2 small pices of bread. Recommended!
Stopped for lunch after visiting the old town. The food is nicely presented and the atmosphere is very welcoming, especially on cold days. Food quality was very good and washed down with a couple of beers, made it an excellent Saturday afternoon.
We went to a few places here in Warsaw and this was by far the only one we would consider bad. Quite boring waitress, stone cold tartar and beef more dry than the Sahara.
This modern and informal restaurant is close to the great theater of Warszaw. Very nice interieur, young and kind staff it offers some modern variants of the Polish traditional dishes. It has been a lovely evening die to the good service and very tasty and...high quality food. There is also a good selection of wine and self made liqueur. I loved it!More
