Finally, visited Academia two evenings in a raw. Wanted to try as many dishes as possible being inspired by the first experience.
Highly recommend: risotto with chanterelles, lamb, shrimps in tempura, the duck leg with berry souce and red cabbage. All dishes have its own character and delight your taste.
Chocolate Fondant with the frozen white chocolate and cherry sauce should be tasted as no words to describe the ideal combination of all ingredients.
The classic design of the interior with the touch of the romantic style, friendly and professional team completed the full experience.

Single visit with same foods for two persons. Starter: tuna tartar with garnish of small cubes of pumpkin and ( propably ) radish: very good fresh taste, just right salt too, but.....why pea shoots? They don't smell good and certainly don't taste. There's certainly also organon, thyme etc. available in Poland too. Soup: bolero soup: a de-constructed cream of musroom. The closest resemlence is a minestrone done in mushroom broth with pappadrelle and bolero pices, really tasty and " fun". Main: delicious traditional goose leg wth classic red cabbage and gnocci sides, and pea shoots again.....So this recommended course was as an abbreviation from Akedemias other vise modern touch by being rather heavy, and old fashionet. How about a rilette of goose with some other sides too instead, if tradition allows?
Dessert: the poppyseed cake divided for 2 was enought after a heavy goose and delicious. The wine list is imperessive with the possibility to spend over 100€ for a bottle. The lighter ( and cheapish ) Sardinian red suited well for these foods thou.

We visited Akademia and were pleasantly surprised. The minced pork cutlet with mashed potatoes and beetroot salad tasted like the best homemade meal! The avocado with pistachio salsa was a unique and original dish that truly impressed us. For dessert, we had the meringue – light, crispy, and simply delicious!
The service was impeccable, and our waiter Kamil discreetly took care of every detail, making the entire experience very enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional flavors and a cozy atmosphere.

Food: nothing to complain about. All the dishes we ordered were good and carefully presented.
Big minus: The tables are placed very close to each other. This is a little uncomfortable, especially when most tables are occupied. We visited the restaurant at the weekend and without reservations we would not entered.

The dishes are not described or, perhaps, translated properly, so you get "surprise" ingredients, which isn't great. Both dishes I ordered were served with really heavy sauces that didn't appear on the menu. While it worked quite nicely with the starter, it completely ruined the main course, which was rabbit.
The restaurant was pretty empty (it was a Tuesday), yet we kept having to really make an effort to get the staff's attention. They were friendly, though.

Great food with even better staff. Love the vibe, treatment and taste. I highly recommend ordering risotto, it can be served as a live cooking in which the waiter is preparing your dish in front of you❤️

Best restaurant in Warsaw, hands down! Every time I’m in the city, it’s an absolute must on my itinerary. The food is simply phenomenal—every dish is packed with flavor and beautifully presented. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the experience is flawless. The service is impeccable, with a special shoutout to Przemek (I hope I’m spelling that right) for making sure we were well taken care of, and to Filip, the bartender, for crafting the perfect drinks. I had a raspberry cocktail that was so fresh and delicious, I ordered three! Hats off to the chefs for delivering top-notch, high-quality dishes, and to the manager for leading such an outstanding team. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a must-visit whenever you’re in Warsaw!

I recently dined at Akademia and had an excellent experience. The ambiance was inviting, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by our waiter Przemek. He was attentive without being intrusive, offering great recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty and everyone had ordered desserts. Both the starters and main courses were delicious but the desserts were top-tier. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! The staff is not only friendly but also adds a unique touch to the experience by serving pancakes in a very creative way. It was a very big pleasure to eat in AKADEMIA and taste probably the best meat tartare which I ever ate. Waiter Karol served meals with the greatest care which made us very content this evening. 100% recomended place for a date!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Akademia! The rabbit in vegetable sauce was absolutely delicious – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.For dessert, I tried the chocolate fondant, which was heavenly! Rich, gooey, and indulgent, it was the perfect way to end the meal. The service was also a highlight. Kamil, our waiter, was not only attentive and professional but also had a great sense of humor. He made the entire evening even more enjoyable with his jokes and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this place!

We visited Akademia and were thoroughly impressed. Both the food and service were of the highest quality. Since our waiter was momentarily busy, the restaurant manager stepped in and did everything to make the evening special for us. He took care of us discreetly and professionally, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.
The food offers a modern take on Polish cuisine — simple ingredients were presented in an exceptional way, allowing for unique flavor combinations. Akademia has become our number one choice on our list of restaurants in Warsaw.

I visited Akademia for dinner and was thoroughly impressed by both the food and the outstanding service. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Our waiter went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, offering insightful recommendations and checking in on us just the right amount without being intrusive. It's clear that the team takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and it made our evening feel special. Out for a company dinner. The location was great and we enjoyed seasonal food from the menu a lot. Great quality and presentation ! English was no problem and the staff and owner were very kind, welcoming and even up for a little joke . Great folks

I was at this restaurant with my husband and it was really great. The service was so friendly. I had 'dumplings with potato and smoked cottage cheese' and this dish was very tasty! The dough was thin and the stuffing had such a distinctive taste. Later, we had a chocolate fondant which melted in our mouth - white chocolate and cherry sauce completed this dish. At the end I can add that I really appreciated fresh flowers on the table :)
