The food tasted okay, but for the price and the old reputation of the place it's not enough. Some portions were big, others small, not proportional to prices. Waiters were bizarre, very slow and inattentive. When serving me my tea, the waiter spilled half of it on my coat, he left the tea, didn't refill it, promised a cake to... More

Fantastic homemade polish dishes. I recommend the hering and tartar as starter and than the pulled pork or the slow cooked chicken sous vide (also great after training 👊🏋️‍♀️)... goes very well with the regional craft beer 🍻😁. Good for starting the evening with dinner and then hitting the surrounding cocktail bars

I deliberately sought out this restaurant because I had seen it in Andrew Zimmern's Bizarre Foods in an episode which featured Warsaw. In it Slony was recommended as THE place to eat Kielbasa (traditional Polish sausage). Well I can only assume that the restaurant has changed hands since the programme was made. The interior looked different, the staff did nor... More

Beautifully decorated local with fantastic food. I ordered white cream soup from parsnip with crispy root vegetable chips. The cream was dense, rich in flavour, hot enough with a great texture. Special imported mortadella on warm toast turned out to be the biggest surprise. Excellent meat in the company of fried egg, pickled cucumber and baked potato wedges. For the... More

Tried tomato soup - was ok, like normal tomato soup :-) and some chicken - too greasy :-) Regular lunch food, nothing special honestly.

Beautiful colorful salads, tasty wild boar carpaccio, veal or trout - you won't be disappointed. The food is nicely presented and good, although it lacks some spiciness. Their pavlova will be a delicious finish to your meal. The interior is somewhat simple, but it's ok for lunch.

I stopped in for dinner and really enjoyed it. Inviting decor, good menu (Polish selections included) and reasonable prices). I had the potato pancakes with goulash which I liked a lot. Good service and nice atmosphere.

Stopped in for Saturday light lunch and drinkies, excellent selection for both. Service was superb, waiter gave recommendations for local art galleries and other stuff. Busy with an office crowd at lunchtime during the week but don't be put off as the food specials are worth it. Must try: the asparagus cappucino!!
