We visited for a family event where 20 or so guests were treated to a brilliant sit down meal with more courses than even I could manage. Served traditional polish food, both the variety and quality of food was impressive., we ended up with so much food that we what we took home lasted us for a few days after... More

This year I have made an experiment and ordered Christmas catering in this restaurant and I don't regret a penny. The food was fresh, delicious and safely packed. I took 20 packets without any problem. Traditional Polish fish herrings and other fishes were prepared at the highest level. Next year I will call them again.

Disappointed given the reviews here. On a Sunday indifferent service, reheated food (obviously microwaved) and rather bland at that. My chicken was OK, the leg of veal dry and accompanied by dull potatoes and beans. At the price point (40-50 zloty) for a main we have had much better meals.

Thanks to the Warsaw Metro subway this "Tavern/Inn by the Mill" restaurant is easy to reach from Centrum station in about 15 minutes. It is located directly at the Ursynow station. The surrounding is typical suburban with a lot of 8-12 story apartment buildings. Nothing to dwell on. From the outside the place is totally unassuming despite the huge sign... More

Nice place, cosy atmosphere, delicious food. Worth visiting. I went there with my polish friends. I eat duck with dumplings my firends polish pierogies. For dessert we ate warm apple cake. Everything tasted very good. I higly recommend this place.

The restaurant is not in the city center but is worth visiting. Delicious food especially roasted duck and meringue coffee cake. Nice and helpful staff, beautiful design. Menu in English. Highly recommended,

Based on these reviews I expected a cosy, traditional Polish restaurant. What I found was more like a pub in one big tiled room with some large communal tables (one of which had an increasingly rowdy group of drinkers), and an unsmiling waiter/barman. There's also a kiddies play area centre stage. The house white wine ((Chardonnay) was just about drinkable... More

When you would see this place from outside it is not obvious at all that you can eat there something nice.. that you can eat there at all. But right after you enter restaurant you can feel the specific climate. Very traditional polish food, well prepared, big choice. Perfect for weekend lunch. Personally I would not go to this area... The restaurant was recommended by a friend who lives in Warsaw. I've been there several times and I’ll come back there again for sure. I love everything about this place with food in the first place. Service is always very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Décor is very stylish with traditional design. My favourites dishes are potato pancake with goulash, polish... More
