A Michelin star place certainly worth the star. It is not only a meal but a whole experience. The flavors are amazing, combined with different structures, tastes, forms. An excellent place for a romantic dinner, as it is small and cozy. Good for a business lunch if you want to impress your guest. Good wine pairing.

We were greeted quite pleasantly when we arrived. Was shown our table (book some time in advance, it is said it is hard to get a table), and was almost immediately asked if we wanted an aperitif. Excellent service! Everyone was in sync, the food was brought out with just enough room in between. Everyone offered "that little extra", like... More

Small , simple restaurant where you will enjoy your local food served in the way you never saw before. Menu is simple with only 3 main ingredients, 350 zlotys(about 90$ ) for 9 moments is a great price.Highly recommended , reserve about 3-4 hrs for the fine, different dining. Enjoy!! Bon appetite !

Very simple interior, focus is on food here. They offer great pairing with spirits and drinks called nalewki - macerated fruits in alcohol - sweeter and lower alcohol level. Great idea, following local tradition. Food was amazing based on local supllies and molecular gastronomy, but in good, just some things for fun, no crazy structures. Chef combine flavours and textures... More

Passing through Warsaw for one night, I ate here as a party of one in July 2016 due largely to the reviews I'd read online. I'd made the reservation some months in advance - given the small size of the restaurant (I'd hazard 30-32 seats total) and the time involved in making your way through the courses (at least 2... For those loving the slow food, Michelin star restaurant experience with food you will not get any place else, this is the place for you! We had a leisurely 3-hour lunch, with each course a surprise (you only get to know the key ingredients are when you order). I loved the Polish twists to the traditional fine dining experience. My... We arrived at the restaurant to be greeted by a waiter asking our names, we were then taken to our table by Krzysztof Matej the maitre d and introduced us to the restaurant. We were having the 9 moments menu and decided to have the flight of polish vodka and liqueurs. With every course came a story of the drink... More

Food and service are good. But the wine and champagne are overpriced in my opinion. But maybe I am just not made for the Michelin experience. So don't let my opinion bother you and go check it out yourself. You can't go wrong with the food. And the people working in the place are very attentive.

The Michelin inspectors made a big mistake in awarding this restaurant one star. It is definitely worth two stars and is the best restaurant we have eaten in for years, better even than 2- and 3-star London establishments. We had the 8 Moments menu (there's no choice on a Friday night) and the 'garden' of delicacies 'planted' in grated pumpernickel... More

Description
This is an incredible new restaurant opened by the ex-head chef of the Amber Room. He serves modern Polish molecular cuisine, served in degustation style. It is the kind of food that blows your mind with every bite - Michelin Star on it's way, without a doubt. It is a so-far little known restaurant that is quickly gaining popularity in the city, and I am sure that if you add it to the list, it will be at the top in no time! We have been here numerous times, and will keep coming back.
