My date and I had a wonderful experience dining at Nova Wola, which is on the first floor of the Crowne Plaza - The HUB. To have a good time, it all starts with great service as it sets the mood for the evening. Our...server, Dominika, has the friendliest smile and attended us with thoughtful care. She patiently listened to our questions and answered authentically to ensure we would not be disappointed with our order. And disappointed we were not. Our favorite dish was the lamb shank. The meat was tender, flavorful, and gently came off the bone. Our dessert, a chocolate fondant, came with a side of light yet rich vanilla ice cream (or sorbet?) which allowed us to savor the fondant a la mode. My date loved the cucumber side that came with our starter bread. When paired with the pâté, it was a real highlight! All in all, we truly had a lovely time and would not hesitate to return. To Dominika and the staff of Nova Wola, thank you for gifting us a fantastic night!More
