We have visited this lovely place for our first data. The venue is just lovely. First impression wasn't very good as nobody approached us in order to get us to sit somewhere so we had to ask for a table even tho the waitress was looking at us looking for assistance. After being sat by Dominic we have order two delicious pastas. 10 min later only one arrived what was quiet weird as normally all dishes should be served at once. After 15min of waiting we have asked Dominic about the second order. He has admitted that mistakenly he noted only one. One the end of the day he strongly apologized and made it up by deducting that from the bill. It was pretty busy that that therefore it was understanding for him to make a mistake. We were very happy with the solution and left the place satisfied :) thanks for all.

This place has good tasty food, the tuna tataki appetizer was licking your fingers. The main course of prawns with squid was also beyond praise, the duck was a bit dry despite the sauce. Despite my satisfaction with the food, the service, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired. It all started from the moment we arrived. After reading about the popularity of the place, we made a reservation in advance, the hostess was busy with a phone call, we were asked to wait and this is quite normal, but after a 10-minute wait, it turned out that we could sit at any free table. Well, a little surprised, we sit down at a table, where we were not taken by the way, and wait another 10 minutes until they bring us the menu. At this stage, we were kept in the restaurant only by the fact that I read very good reviews about the kitchen. But after they brought us a cocktail that was spilled by the waiter while she was carrying it, a dirty glass was put on the table and I had asked for napkins. After we had dinner and drank cocktails, empty glasses continued to stand on our table. The waiter walked past without paying attention to it. Not to mention asking if we want more drinks. And despite such inappropriate service for such a popular establishment, 10% of the service is included in the bill

Place is nice. Service is totally bad, we booked a table before, sitting near the crowd, like on someone’s bday. Please, you should say it before we came, that the we are going to sit not at the comfortable place. First time here and that’s sad

Service ok :-) place fantastic, kitchen ok, but 2x we got cold ravioli, despite the complaints.
Dramatic drinks, mohito not mixed with sugar, vodka sour without bialska, tasted like lemonade, 9ld fashioned pale bland. Vodka served in a warm glass, not frozen. Poor for this standard and prices.

It's really incredible and atmospheric place in Warsaw - delicious food, finest cocktails, terrific parties, very kind,smiley and hospitable people(the stuff-team of "Ogrody Wisła")
