Excellent restaurant serving good authentic Polish food. Menu was very good and the interior classic, dark and with great decoration. As usual the wines are overpriced and very average but the food and the event were great.

A truly surprising food experience. Traditional polish kitchen served to perfection. Came here after reading google reviews and me and my partner were delightful surprised by quality dishes and the service. If ever again in Warsaw I would definitely visit again.
The roasted duck with red cabbage and baked apple was delicious as well as the apple pie. Our waiter was very polite and efficient. The photos on the wall and the decor was warm and nostalgic.
This restaurant took a bit of finding but when I did find it I was so glad that I did. It is a intimate dining venue with quirky and interesting decor which I loved, with the ambience recreating the mood of Warsaw in the pre-war...era. I was on business and dining solo but this would be a perfect restaurant for that romantic dinner with a loved one. The menu consisted of the traditional Polish dishes that I was seeking. I started with the Veal Pierogis served with a cup of sour red borscht (29PLN) followed by the stove Roasted Honey Duck with wine apple and fried potato dumplings (63PLN). My meal was absolutely amazing and for 93PLN (GB£17) is was outstanding value too. Service was superb too. I would highly recommend Kuznia Smaku and next time I am in Warsaw I will return for more Roasted Honey Duck.More
One of the best restaurants in Warsaw - nice atmosphere, unique decor, tasty food (especially dumplings and duck) and good wine!
Small place with nice, warm homey decor. Our appetizers were very tasty. Main course taste and presentation (goose and beef cheek) notch lover to the restaurant standard. The over cooked soufflé and bad coffee plus undertrained service. Not recommend If you like food for your...money.More
We came here during a recent trip to Warsaw - the decor was different and interesting compared to what we had previously seen which was nice. There seemed to be only one member of staff working which meant service was a bit slower - this...was ok for us as we weren’t in a rush. I had the stuffed chicken leg which was nice and my family had the duck. The portion sizes are big! Price seemed reasonable.More
Not much to say about this restaurant..food, wine, service, atmosphere were all top notch. One of the best dining experiences I have had. Well done.
I had dinner here with friends on a recent visit to Warsaw. The meal was really quite amazing and one of the best I have had. The food was traditional but prepared with a contemporary style and presented in an extremely attractive way. The prices...were extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food. The service was also outstanding. Please put this on your list when in Warsaw.More

Very quaint atmosphere and a throw-back to the 30’s. We found the space to be very inviting and warm. Food was very good and reasonably priced – portions were generous. We tried the pierogi sampler, beef cheeks, and roasted duck. We also ordered the creme...brulee for dessert and apple tart/strudel. The waiter also recommended some good local, beers. The service was adequate, the waiter was not overly friendly, and the restaurant was almost empty on the day we dined here. Definitely worth a try if in the area.More

Recommended by our tour guide. Close to Sofitel Hotel-5 minute walk. Interesting decor, low lighting romantic atmosphere. Duck is a specialty. I liked the beef tartar very much. Chicken salad not the greatest - chicken dry.

Our tour guide Renata recommended this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. It was our first day in Warsaw and we did not want a touristy place to go. The restaurant is lovely, romantic to say the least and the food was deliciously authentic. It...brought a vision of what old time Poland was like. Don't come here in a rush...take your time and enjoy all that it has to offer.More
