Although Ferment Praski has been around for a good couple of years and we heard about the place, we visited it for the first time only now. Certainly not the last! We had only three dishes as we weren't particularly hungry. The three included two...of my favorite starters: vitello tonato and tartar. The later was delicious, one of the best I've ever had. Vitello tonato was good, but not up to the standard of the tartare. The third dish was gnocchi with duck. It was also fantastic. The menu includes a ceviche - another of my all-time favorites. We'll be be back to taste it, as well as other dishes. By the way, we really appreciated the friendly service.More

Great food in this restaurant near the vodka museum. Good fish, good vegetarian, worth the price. The have traditional polish options as well as an interesting array of other choices.

Thank you for such kind opinion :)
We were seven business associates who had booked a table here for lunch. When we ordered the food, we were told that it would take a long time, since there was a lot of meat that had to be cooked. Fair enough. We were only...7 people, but it is usually a good sign that the kitchen spends time preparing the food. When the food arrived on the table (after about 40 minutes) all the dishes were almost cold - or lukewarm. The flavors were medium, but the fish, duck and steak with potatoes, should be hot. Swear on duck breast was soft. Not crispy at all. Can not unfortunately recommend this place.More

I am one of the annoying customers that asks a million questions about the menu, as my counterparts roll their eyes. This however makes me very excited when the service is knowledgeable and excited about the food. Our service was faultless, with equal measures of...both. I would describe the food as modern polish/euro. However I did opt in for a soup that was remarkable similar to the Thai Tom Yum. So the chef does like to go off piste. The deer was cooked perfection, the pyzy (all time favourite polish dumpling!) were gluten free and so fluffy I had to wrestle them down so they don’t fly away. Beef Tatar such a classic and you can’t walk though town without everyone having one but the texture was fabulous on this one! I was not disappointed that I gave it a try. I will be back and you should go!More

Wow … thank you very much for so kind opinion. We always try to do our best so your words are a real fuel for us.
Delicious food as always. Try the lamb or the halibut. Excellent starters are the tartar and the seafood chevice. Very tasty. Good wines and a lovely place, both indoors or on the terrace, which is on a cosy square on the grounds of the beautifully...refurbished old vodka factory "Koneser". The staff of Ferment Praski is very friendly and efficient. They serve good wines, which they know much about. Real connaisseurs!More
