Placed in an avenue famous for its kebab shops and other fast foods, this little bistro is a true gem. You'll be welcomed by a very clean open kitchen and a friendly staff. The menu is small and seasonal, as it should be. We loved...every single dish that we were served: non pretentious takes on Polish classics. Beware, the portions are very copious!More

We loved this tiny restaurant. Dishes are well prepared, wine list interesting and very good ratio quality-price.

A really nice place. The inside is very nice. The food is awesome and very cheap. The orange juice was absolutely delicious. Not to talk about the pancakes... Simply the best!

My boyfriend and I were very hungry, we got into this place because it looked good from the outside. Turn out the food was delicious! The staff doesn't speak much English, but they have the english menu. We had pierogi, kromkis and a french toast....It was awesome, I recommend it to everyone!More

This has to be the best restaurant in Warsaw, because the price is right and the food is exquisite. The place doesn’t look like anything from the street. Even the inside does not look elegant, nor does the patio. But, the treasure is the cuisine!...The chefs know food and presentation. Tonight we had the tuna salad, with fresh tuna, and then the chicken and lamb entrees. Everything cooked to perfection. Tip: you may see hamburgers and pizza on the menu, but go directly to the main menu and enjoy the appetizers and entrees. Also, order a negroni. They have their own recipe, which is aged in oak and to die for. The red wine we had was robust: Quinta del sobreiro. But check out their vast selection. Also, you will appreciate their very kind and friendly service. Thank you!More

Kromki "proper food" and it definitely is. The staff are friendly and attentive. Speaking polish helps, but is not necessary as they are patient and welcoming. It also helps that the food and drinks speak for themselves! We were here on a Thursday during their...happy hour promotion, and the cocktails are exquisite. We had whiskey sours, old fashioneds, and aviation's. Each one was beautifully crafted and had all the flavours you would expect from a high quality cocktail bar. None of them seemed rushed, just perfectly made. The food was delicious. We had the kromki burger, which was the definition of "greater than the sum of its parts". I thought that perhaps the black rimmed tomatoes were a gimmick, but no, they were more vegetal in flavour than you would expect and brought a harmony to the lettuce and onions. The cheese was rich but not overly so and brought a little bitterness, and the patty was perfectly formed without being overly tenderised and so, had its own gorgeous texture. The buns were also fantastic, crispy and almost fried on the top and soaking in the juices of the patty beautifully. I don't think I've ever had such a harmonious burger. My friend had the lamb pyza, and the onion sauce for it was beautifully rich and balanced out by the less seasoned lamb meat and dough. Honestly one of the best eateries I have found, not just in Warsaw. I think it would give a lot of posher restaurants a run for their money, and the prices are very reasonable. If you have the chance, come here. You will not regret it.More

We had a pleasure to have an early lunch at Kromki last Sunday in Warsaw. It was definitely worth the walk from the hotel where were staying to have something different than those boring scrambled eggs and sausages… Komki is a wholesome experience, great food...and really nice service. It makes all the difference to have a nice chat with the owner. What’s pretty amazing is the bread they make on site with simple, but really fresh and delicious choices of small food. No worries if something you’d like is not on the menu – they will make it especially for you! We walked out with really great sandwiches, which saved our life on the plane back home ;) Oh, I forgot to mention about coffee, one of the best you can get in Warsaw. Thanks Kromki. We will be back!More
