Maybe food on this restaurant were good and tasty. But.... the last time when I ate there was horrible. I found big hair in my meal! I will never go there!

Very good soups and pierogi for a very cheap price, a nice terrace to enjoy the sun, and smiling waitresses. A great place to eat in Toruń !

The restaurant is small and nothing special in terms of décor. It offers Polish food and in general it is ok - quite tasty but the portions are not big, the quality is average, however the prices are a bit high. For these reasons I do not recommend this place, there are much better options nearby. The restaurant accepts OpenCard... More

My family and I have been going here ever since I can remember. The ingredients are always fresh and quality is always great. The perogie is the best and we always make sure to buy them frozen after out visit so we can eat them at home as well. The restaurant is 'hidden' on a quite street but does get... More

Great Little place just a short walk from Rynek Staromiejski and well worth visiting. Best Pierogi of our 4 city tour of Poland and a great goulash soup.

We have been coming here when on family visits to Torun for many years. We are never disappointed - fresh ingredients and great produce. Above all, the standard is consistently high. It would be easy to miss this restaurants, but it really is worth looking for.

This is an unassuming place that you could walk past in the morning and not even realize was a restaurant -- but don't walk past it for lunch or dinner. The pierogi were the best I ate in 12 days in Poland. I ordered the mushroom and cabbage pierogi for dinner. The mushrooms tasted like they'd been picked in the... More

Excellent little lunch of peirogi (again - but according to locals these are the best in Torun), soup, surowki etc. Full on a Sunday afternoon of families having hearty lunches of the traditional staples and the Torun potato dumplings that I didn't try, and which didn't look terribly appetising, but which were consumed with evident delight at all the other... Even though me and my husband have been to Torun numerous times we wouldn't have known about this place if it wasn't our auntie from London who recommended it to us. We believe it is not advertised enough, but once you go there you will be coming back. They don't have too many dishes in their menu but what they... More

Description
If a foreign tourist wants to find Polish food at its best, this is the place to go while in Torun, the birthplace of Copernicus. It's a family run small restaurant, the menu is not extensive but includes all favourite Polish dishes. Mostly visited by locals as it's located off the main road, a true hidden gem.
