Pierogarnia is a Pierogi chain in Poland and in the beautiful town of Turun there are two of them: The 'Stary Mlyn' (Old Mill) and the 'Stary Torun' (Old Torun), where we went for lunch. First we sat at the tables on the street side. A waitress came and brought us an English menu card, then she never showed up... More

We were seated quickly but were told that the wait would be 40 minutes for our order but decided to wait. The pierogis were very nice and a new experience for us so we ordered far too many! One of the savoury ones was chunks of chicken with spinach - didn't have very many chicken chunks in it. The others... More

Get your mouth watering dumpings right here. There's tremendous variation available. Don't like me cooked? They got em baked. I go there every time I can when I'm visiting my family. Most of the time I let myself surprise by dumplings I haven't eaten before. Ad far as I can remember I was quite satisfied with the chocolate and salmon... More

We were told this is the best "pierogi place" in town. It is probably true - did not try the other ones. So the place is really cool (the neat glass veranda addede to the old building in red briks is absolutely charming) and the choice of pierogi impreesive. The best thing is you can mix them (eg get one... More

Arrived and asked for a table. Several empty tables out front but was vaguely directed inside and told to go to the back courtyard. After some meandering, found an empty table. 5 mins later a waitress walks up; I ask for a menu. She asks that I leave the table as she needs to give it to a family that... More

Decoration is what really surprised me the most, because from outside it just looks like a regular restaurant. Small place but lots to see in decoration. Free wifi. Food took a little bit longer to be served, but no problem!

We went to Pierogarnia yesterday as we were craving some perogi! Firstly the service was terrible!!! We probably waited like 25 minutes for someone to take our order! Once she took our order about 10 minutes later she bought drinks, and bread then advised us that there will be a 45 minute wait, you really should state this before we... More

Nice restaurant specialising in pierogi - lots of choice - we chose the option to mix and match which was great! Service was also really good and bill was cheap.

Went here with my family and had a good time. Nicely decorated restaurant and friendly waiter. I've never before had Pierogi in my life like this. My polish grandmother makes pierogi in a different way. But I was told that this is more traditional. Good meal, reminded me of calzone pizza. Reccomend if you want to try something Polish.

I've been here in mid February with my Polish hosting family. I ate pierogi with mushrooms and a particular sauce, they were absolutely fantastic! However, we ordered some to take away for other people, they made a mistake with the order and we had to wait half an hour there.
