I have been to this restaurant when I was a child and then teenager. This is where my love to duck was born and I always had a fond memory of it. So my father invited us for a dinner around Christmas time. We reserved a table in advance and when we got there, it was packed and all tables... More

If you like duck and lots of it and the most fantastic steamed dumplings- this is the only place to go.

When I come here, I normally eat the duck blood soup (very very nice), half a duck and a beer! I am quite full... a rsady for a long walk. :) The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and a nice garden. The service is always very good!! Pity is that it is a few thousand km from where I... More

I've not been here recently however this is a restaurant I visit whenever I come to Poznan. It's a restaurant which has been around for ever with a distinct feel of the socialist era - my first visit was almost 20 years ago. This restaurant serves a truly mouth watering duck. During my last visit, my mother went the full... More

Whenever I come home, we always go to Hacjenda. The place serves the best duck I have ever tasted; my Dutch friend- a total duck enthusiast- said the same last week. I recommend starting with Czernina soup (I eat it saute- with no giblets or dumplings) and following with 1/4th of the duck for women and 1/2 for men (trust... More

It's a place with long tradition and it serves probably the best duck in Poznań... every single bit of it was tasting good! Meat is served with red cabbage and steamed dumplings. Ordering 1/2 duck =lot of food. 1/4 is more suitable for ladies. Together with friends we had great time there! Of course be prepared to pay more than... More

Restaurant was established in early 70's and specializing in regional kitchen. Their most famous dish is roasted duck with steamed dumplings and red cabbage. You should also try polish soup czernina, which is made with plums and ducks blood, but is very, very good and there are not a lot of places in Poland where you can try this soup.... More

This one is outside the center. We went there for the roast duck which was very satisfying. Huge portions, so it was good we could share half-a-duck.
