Three weeks again I was in the restaurant with my daughter. We got 2 pizzas, cola and water.. Everything was ok - pizza was good and service as well. My daughter doesn't eat all pizza so we decided to take the rest away. Waiting for...waiter to come suddenly she spied something in her pizza...she took her knife and pick out the big (1,5 cm) white larva!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was dead and was hidden in the middle of pizza under buffala, tomatos and champignions...we were shocked. We've called waiter and he took the plate with appologies and disapeared for few minutes. Coming back he appologized again and said they discussed in the kitchen how it was possible...they didn't find any ... but the most shocking part just came. Waiter said: so you will not pay for that one pizza , I will bring the bill for the second one and bavarages... REALLY? yes, i've paid for that part of food which wasn't affected by larva!!! Forni Rossi - no touch of class, zero understanding what happend! I will never come back there, as well as my friends, family and no one from my 100 colleagues at work who just heard that story. Such a shame!More

I've been to this restaurant a few times, with family other times with friends and I can honestly say that they constantly maintain a very high level of served dishes. The food is very tasty, especially their napolitan pizzas , the service is always nice,...prices could be a little more affordable but besides that I would certainly recommend this restaurant to anyoneMore

We drove from our home in The Netherlands, to a nice appartment in Poznan. It was in the evening and we hadn't had diner yet. A short distance walking, was this restaurant and we were extremely friendly met by the staff. Luckily, they were English...speaking, as our Polish is non existent, and while officiially they would close at 21:00 and we were only there at 20:30, it was not a problem. We had a great dinner, the people were friendly, funny and forthcoming, just excellent. Prices were good too! Later in the week, we were looking for dinner in the city, but just could not find, what we wanted. It was on my birthday and wanted something good. We just went back to our place and visited again. The right decision! This time in the garden under grate with leaves. It happened to be, that the waitress had her birthday too! This time, I had a custom made(!!) tuna-pizza, one of the best ever! The waitress recognized us and once again wonderful service. I wish this pizzeria was in our city! We had a blast, this how restaurant visits always should be! Oh, and they don't offer wifi, so everybody can concentrate on each other and their wonderful meal! :-)More

Real Neapolitan pizza in Poznan. I’m from Naples, and I can just recommend this place. Pizza is like in Naples. Simply excellent.

If you're looking for and authentic neapolitan style pizza this is the place. The ingredients are good, the service is great but... Considering that here pizza costs more than in the authentic da Michele in Napoli, and this is Poznań, Poland not Italy, you would...expect more. OK, da Michele is a pizzeria and this is a restaurant but the interior isn't very cosy. For me feels like just a higher category bar. The place is crowded. The tables stand one by another and for me it was hard to take my place, even for a thin guy like me. There was already person sitting by a table behind me, and there wasn't much space for my chair. The ingredients are good but for the price should be great. Here's what I mean - I ordered the same pizza as I usually do at my favourite Poznań's pizzeria Tutti Santi and that is Margherita + bresaola + porcini + pecorino and whereas in Tutti Santi this kind of pizza not only tastes but also smells with all of its ingredients here the experience was kind of flat. Summarizing a good pizza but not for the prize.More

We were very happy with the whole experience that we had in this restaurant. We went there during the week so it was not full at all, we were served very quickly and the staff was polite. The pizzas were absolutely on point and we...were even served delicious free bread. A really nice experience! Would go again for sure :)More

New location (Naramowicka street) is great. Restaurant is smaller, but has better atmosphere. Food is delicious. And so italian. Have you ever tried Montanara? Here's a chance! And you have fresh herbs on the table you can eat :) I was happy with that! Really...:] Service was kind, friendly and attentive. As I promised - will be back there for sure!More

Forni Rossi serves awesome pizza! The place was recommended to me and my husband. We decided to check it out and we weren't disappointed. Th place itself is ok, I'd much rather go to a restaurant that is not situated in a shopping mall, but...well you know, you can't have everything. ;-) The food (both the starter and our pizzas) was outstanding. We had to wait a bit for our order since the place was busy, but it actually didn't bother us. We'll definitely visit again, next time to try the pasta. :-)More

From the very moment you enter Forni Rossi the restaurant convinces you that this is the place to eat Neapolitan style pizza. The pizzas are apparently certified by AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana). The menu details the fact that most of the ingredients are imported...from Italy (Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Mozzarella Fiori di Latte). You are being surrounded by a variety of ingredients imported from Italy available for purchase on site. There are even some videos showing Italian farmers lopped on tv. The food itself is very good. We tried beef carpaccio, mushroom pasta and one of the pizzas and they all tasted great, although at pretty high price to size ratio that is justified knowing most of the ingredients are imported and that the owner has to cover for high square meter rental price. However, all of this carefully crafted elements stand at contrast with interior arrangement and level of service. It's open space, high ceiling, big windows, simple table set up, corporate canteen style. Far from cosy, privy, warmy atmosphere you would expect from (south) Italian venue. The service is average at most - not a smiling, chatty, warmy type you would wish for. You may drop in for quick lunch or dinner before going to nearby cinema. Not recommended for long, cosy meals with friends or family.More

Always with doubts, but I tried the restaurant in the shopping center. The place is very spacious and loud, a lot space for the kids. The staf is really nice, fast and helpful but professional nice not natural. The menu is interesting and you can...have some tutorial about Neapolitan pizza. You can compose your own pizza. They explain that the pizza is treated in the owen of 400 C degrees for just few seconds. The dough after this is some kind of "rubbery" so be ready to give some kind of fitness for your teeth :-) What I like the most was the fresh ingrdients - all was really fresh and light. Overall - one of the best option to eat in Malta shopping center in Poznan.More
