We spent several days at the Palazzo Rosso Hotel above the Bar-A-Boo. I especially enjoyed the Spaghetti Bolognese.
Warm place in the shape of a calm and cozy basement Great food and great atmosphere We ordered pizza two beers two soups and a thermos dessert for 60 zlotys simply cheap not to believe highly recommended i believe i will come back again
We wanted cocktails and found this place. It's was very very full. Reserved signs everywhere. We saw the food and the menu and wished we had found it earlier. The front of house found us a table for 1 hour as it was booked later....Everything was amazing. Pasta was fresh, garlicy and full of chicken, cream and spinach. My pizza was thin, crispy and delicious. Basil, garlic and chili oils were tasty and the cocktails were again delicious. Oh and we tried the cream of onion soup which Guess what...... Was delicious. We would definitely go back to try more food and more drink. Couldn't fault any of it. Thank you very much.More
My distributor colleague and I were doing customer visits in Poznań and had some down time around lunch. We decided to visit Bar a Boo as it had Italian food and free WiFi, we were not disappointed. My colleague had the chicken and spinach pasta...and I had the mozzarella salad. Both were excellent and very reasonably priced. The service was efficient and friendly. We will definitely return next time we are in Poznań.More
The place is kind of a bar that has few tables up, and most is down under , in a kind of cave, that has several rooms, and the bar is in the middle, you choose dish and drinks, go pay, and they serve you...the food, nice concept and really taste well, enjoy.More
Located about a minutes walk from the main square this bar and restaurant is well worth seeking out ... It won't take a lot of effort ! Set in vaults below street level the restaurant is warm, cosy and inviting. However, it does get very..., very busy with locals, students and tourists. The food menu comprises mostly of pizzas although there are other options. We chose pizzas and both were delicious . Service is efficient and friendly. There is a large drinks menu but as I was with my 15yr old daughter I was unable to investigate further. I did have one local beer 🍺 purely for medicinal purposes and it was lovely. Prices are very reasonable. Best pizzas I had in Poznan and I did eat a few !!More
Stopped for an early dinner and had a pizza. Sat outside in the entryway. Pizza was delicious. Highly recommend
I visited Bar a Boo with my friend. We didn’t make a reservation, so there weren’t any tables free, but the amiable waitress told us to wait a moment, so as to see whether someone is finishing their meal. She informed us about it in...a kind way, not as the staff of many others restaurants, and seemed to be likely to help us. The atmosphere is great - almost always Bar a Boo is crowded - it is a bustling place - for me it’s great. What’s most important - food is delicious (pastas, pizzas, soups!) and it is being served within a few minutesMore
I was visiting Poznan with my sister my nephew and my 2 years old boy. We went for Sunday lunch at Bar A Boo and it was amazing . Food, environment, stuff and even the colouring pictures for little ones <3 I highly recommend this...palace :)More
The pizza here is very good, and no one in our company was disappointed. It’s also a very nice atmosphere if you sit downstairs by the bar.
What a gem, if you are in Poznan and fancy Itallian food thos is a gem of a place, the service is odd in that you order from the bar, but there are eaiting staff to guide you and keep the table tidy. The food...was really nice and the place itself is in a vaulted cellar and is nice lit and atmospheric.More
Wonderful place if you’re craving some delicious pizza. Do not be fooled. Y long lines the air is really short their wood fired oven fits 14 pizzas at a time! We ordered pizza with tuna, Margerita and some white pizza - plus had creme brûlée...and tiramisu for dessert.More
We visited on o Wednesday evening, the place was packed. We opted to wait for a table. You must order in the bar, and wait to be served. The pizzas was tasty, beer fresh and cold and the service was quick. Prices are affordable.
Pizza was great. Prices / quality its perfect. Nice drinks too. Sometimes you need a reservation. Restaurant serving other dishes too.
