About
Concordia Taste is a perfect place for meetings – both during the day and in the evenings – with business partners, friends and family. Concordia Taste is a part of the Concordia Design centre, which makes it much more than an „ordinary” restaurant. The interior is extraordinary, to begin with – over a century old yet modern; post-industrial yet friendly; spacious yet cosy. We are enthusiasts of Polish design. The heart of our restaurant is the mobile culinary FoodLab station designed by Studio Rygalik; our tables and chairs are elements of Meble VOX portfolio; the chillout zone represents Paged collection, while interior design concepts are developed by students of the Poznań-based School of Form. Still, the most unique thing is our menu – the main reason to visit us!

Having been to Concordia Taste a few times over the past couple of years, I can confidently say that it has recently reinvented itself, and once again, it has become a hot spot in its own attractive way. It offers a variety of traditional Polish flavors with a surprising twist—masterfully cooked and professionally served. The staff is very approachable and helpful, and they speak English. What's even better is that the lunches shouldn't be a burden on anyone's pocket.

Focused on highlighting local Polish products, the chef revisits the dishes with research and finesse. Beyond the superb presentations, we enjoyed a delicious pikeperch, veal in all its culinary dimension and top-notch crayfish or venison pierogis. Not to mention the desserts. We came at the end of 2021 to Muga in Poznan, the following year, it won its 1st star. We wish the same trajectory for Concordia.

That was the best restaurant that I’ve been to in Europe. The wine list was great. The food was exquisite. The chef Adam pays great attention to detail. Every thing was perfect. Great polish cuisine. A must see for any foodie.

Great dishes, wines and services! The "mariage" of dishes and wines is more than fantastic. It is a kind of beautiful oasis for our minds. They have not only very good disihes based on Polish tradision in the modern interpretation but also excellent wines, includind Polish ones. We storongly recommend you to Poznan to visit here and ask them to choose the best wine for your choice of dishes!

I like coming back here. It's always nice and delicious. But today's visit was completely different. Somelier Mr. Aleks raised the bar very much and took us to a new world of flavors. At the beginning, nice bubbles, light wine... Then the real magic of unexpected sensations on the taste buds. With perfect knowledge, he presented us with more and more interesting experiences. BON TON żurek is a real hit for me, so is the sour soup, but the nicest surprise was the herring. And I'm not talking about dishes, but about Polish vodkas.
I always recommend cuisine, but now I also add alcohol. You won't find these anywhere. 😉

If you are tired of Starbuck's and want to stop off for a coffee and a bite to eat with some style - this is the place to go. Friendly staff. Nice clean place. Good coffee and cakes (especially the cakes). A taste of class.

We organized a business meeting for a larger group at the restaurant. Everything was prepared perfectly. The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly. An important aspect for us was that we were able to all sit together at one table. On top of that, the restaurant extended its opening hours for us. I highly recommend it!

Concordia taste thats the most lovely food and pro service team that you can get in part of Poznan;Jerzyce! Im absolutely amazed by quality food, difference flavours and amazing selection of wines. Definitely You can feel special in this place. One minute walking from my hotel (Sheraton). Kichen will meet your expectations. I'm highly recommend this place to everyone who want to try something different, play with taste and have some pleasure with enjoying experience

Food looks amazing but the taste did not meet our expectations. We wouldn’t recommend ordering Beefsteak tartar as it was extremely salty. The rest was ok. We did like Crayfish dumplings.

Yesterday, another edition of "Taste The Wine" Thursdays took place at Concordia Taste. This time, the originator and sommelier of the tasting, Jacek Kulza, hosted Marek Janiak, the owner of Vineyard Jadwiga.
On this occasion, it is worth mentioning the tapas, which could be ordered separately - e.g. there was a selection of Polish meats and cheeses - the fact that they were presented phenomenally is nothing compared to the flavors and the effect of pairing - bravo! I also peek at the other dishes I ordered - each one was a visual orgy! Noteworthy is also the interesting decor of the place and professional service.

We had a great time during our wedding reception.
Wonderful food, excellent staff. We had dinner with family and then cocktail party with our friends. Whole day was very memorable experience.

This is a really very good restaurant, the food is excellent and is by far the best in Poznań. The menu is not huge and I have tried most dishes all of which are amazing. Very talented chefs with excellent ingredients.
