We dropped in here for lunch, we were in the basement area. Nice beer, great food and friendly service.

I tested the restaurant twice: food is good, service is fast and kind. The atmosphere is very good, especially in the lower level were the roof is amazing.

Popped in to Ratuszova not realising it is so highly rated . Very nice interior, excellent attentive service and last but not least, delicious food , no wonder it's rated number one in Poznan on Trip Advisor!

Tried a beef with potatoes, vegetables with a blackberry sauce. It was great! So good. Had some red wine to the dinner and it did fit perfect together. This restaurant requires some sort of dress code, not day to day outfit.

We decided to visit Ratuszova after seeing that it is supposed to be the best restaurant in Poznań. Food was delicious, we have tried wild boar pierogi, only pity there were only 5. Service was excellent. The only thing is that it is expensive restaurant in Polish standards and portions of food were a bit small for a main course.

Cold food spoke to the manager and he said it's because it's sous veid but if he actually knew anything he would know that sous veid you hold food at 56 degrees then you pan fry to finish because you can't serve chicken at 56 degrees because it's still raw and also lazy service with the waiter wearing white gloves... Dear Sir, How do you know, that we hold chicken in 56 degrees??? You are wrong, because we hold chicken in 65 degrees. This is perfect temperature for chicken. We sell about 200 chickens in a month and Guests are satisfacted. Despite of our Chef said, that your chicken was ok we gave you GRATIS another one from convection oven... More
