I'm obsessed with this place. The atmosphere, menu selection, and food are superb. I've been here about 10 times since it open and have never been disappointed. Great place for lunch or a casual dinner.

Had a meeting with our friends from Germany after Xmas time. Wanted to have a nice place to talk and enjoy some good food and drinks. And all that you can find here. We took for a dinner a PAD KRA PAO KHAI DAO with...pork and beef, pad Thai with chicken and some soop. All was great. Adding interesting non alcoholic drinks such as mango pinacolada free and other hot drinks makes all the dinner very nice. Service was also okay, have seen some bad comments on that but I can’t complain. In my opinion worth to go and check. In regards to food, as we were seeking some Thai one after our trip to Thailand, this place made a tricks. It tasted like in Thailand, and that’s what we wanted:)More

We popped in here as the cocktails looked amazing. Mine was. 22zl for a coconut espresso martini. We had a little starter snack too. Both very nice. Veggie spring rolls and fried pork. Other people's mains looked very good.

I'll keep this succint: the food (at least what I ordered - Pad Kra Pao Kai Dao - a wok dish with chicken) at this restaurant is good. It's appropriately seasoned, and the drinks are also well-made. Unfortunately, my whole experience was overshadowed by the...poor service; my group and I were made to feel like a nuisance the entire time we were there. We were only given an hour to eat despite the nearly empty restaurant, and our server continually ignored us as much as possible, even when he came to arrange empty tables next to us. It was mind-boggling, and so greatly reduced my experience that I will not be returning. But if paying to eat good food while being poorly treated is your thing, then I highly recommend it.More

I want to start my review by saying that I was so excited to finally try Bankcook after rave reviews by friends. But my experience started "not so great", become "okay, this could be good", to "this is terrible and I never want to go...here again". And this review is 90% about the service my group and I had for dinner. "Not so great": my group arrived to Bankcook around 6:30pm, not too busy for Friday night dinner yet, as evidenced by the many empty tables both inside and outside. The host was fine, but immediately told us that we could only eat for 1 hour and then we would have to go. Okay. The delivery of that message could be better, but fine, I'll let that go. After being seated, no one told us that we would be getting our menus, we were waiting and waiting for the server to arrive, and after 10 minutes (keep in mind the restaurant was not busy), a server came to give us menus. He had a bad attitude from the beginning, simply dropping the menus at the table and walking away. Another relatively long wait to finally place our order. Our order was only placed after we made direct eye contact with our server, clearly indicating we were ready to order. "Okay, this could be good": The food arrived very quickly. The server even brightened up a bit more. The food was excellent. Everything was very tasty, the drinks were big, so even though the prices were a bit high we thought there was still value. When we finished eating, the server came right away to take our plates away. We wanted to order dessert, but... "This is terrible and I never want to go here again": When the server cleared our plates, he didn't speak to us, ask us if we wanted anything else. He just walked away and didn't come back to our table for AT LEAST TWENTY MINUTES. He passed our table quite a few times, even had time to set up another table for a reservation near us, but didn't once look our direction. Keep in mind, we were told we only had one hour to eat, and we wanted to ensure we got our money's worth. FINALLY, we made eye contact with our server and ordered dessert. He took our order, walked away, and had ANOTHER SERVER come and tell us that we can't order dessert because our hour was up and there was a reservation at 8PM. Meanwhile, all these tables were still empty (both indoors and outdoors, and we waited more than 20 minutes to get dessert. And after this other server told us to leave, our usual server comes back with the bill, even though he didn't have the courtesy to speak to us himself about dessert. And to top it off, he made us CALCULATE OUR OWN TOTALS since we "dared" to split the bill among our group. When we explained to him that we waited a long time for him to take our dessert order, he just shrugged his shoulders and basically said, "Oh well." Summary: While the food is slightly overpriced, it would have been well worth the money iIF THE SERVICE MATCHED THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD. From start to finish we were made to feel unwelcome and unwanted, and this is not acceptable for any restaurant to treat paying customers. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this review so they can properly train their staff on GOOD AND POLITE service. I am never coming here again, and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone to try this restaurant. There are other good quality Thai restaurants in Poznan that will make you feel welcome, even if you don't have a reservation.More

Pho soup, Phad Thai,Tup Tim Krob dessert-all was super delicious. This was our 5-6th visit and we are super happy with food and service.Go to place in Poznan for different occasions.

We visit this place regularly ( at least once per 2 weeks), anything we chose to eat taste very good and is served nicely. Waiters are always very friendly.

Nice, Cody and hip place. Food was great and service very fast. Will definitely come back when next time in Poznan.
