Welcome to Hyćka Restaurant, which was established in 2014 in Poznań Śródka thanks to a married couple Alicja and Marcin Sadowski. The restaurant is located in the old premises of the bakery of Mr. and Mrs. Borowiak. The name "Hyćka" comes from elderberry syrup, a traditional product in the Wielkopolska region. At our place the cuisine is based on tradition and local ingredients. We serve regional dishes, such as pyry with gzikiem, czernina, duck with chubby or noodles with cabbage. For dessert, we offer our own baked goods. We have space for 50 people in three rooms. We organize special events, concerts and workshops. We use mostly local products and even make our own jams, preserves and compotes. Just come and try our cuisine - authentic flavors and friendly atmosphere guaranteed!
