It's certainly an amazing restaurant and great value if they aim for a Michelin star, they should improve the restaurant design and take service to the next level we went for the 8 course set menu, recommended if hungry! they should change the name though...

Colleagues took me here for our business lunch and it was splendid. The food and service left all of us pleased. My food was particularly good.

In Lodz for the weekend, met up with 3 friends and joined them here on impulse for dinner. We had the 8 course tasting menu with matching wine pairing. I’m a very nervous eater…. No allergies, just picky! I don’t like fish or cheese in...particular. The restaurant had no issue at all with this - there is no choice on the tasting menu, you get what they choose to give you, but they amended their choices to suit me. I have eaten in Michelin-star restaurants occasionally, and this was up there with them. I particularly enjoyed the wine-pairings - so well chosen! I could bore you with what we ate… but there’s no point, as it’s different every time! Price wise… food, tasting wines, glass of prosecco - cost me about £90. Great value. The chef even came out to see our happy faces afterwards - nice touch. Just go…..More

I've chosen the restaurant for a quiet evening with my close friend expecting a quiet place and delicious food. The food is truly unique and beautifully served, Very good quiet music makes you calm and gives you the feeling of a safe and relaxing place...for a chat. However, the staff truly disappointing.At the door, the waiter seemed to be surprised and disappointed that some guests arrived . We visited the restaurant on a Wednesday evening, possibly not the most obvious choice of the week, but it shouldn't be an issue. Before 10 pm the waiter started giving us signals that we should be finishing off. Very obvious signals. Walking nervously in an empty dining hall, making loud noises of putting glass bottles in a bag or something similar and finally looking nervously at the watch indicating us that it's time to go. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Would I recommend this place? I'm not sure. The food was delicious but there are places in Łódź with exceptional dining and professional staff. And both these factors combined make you want to come back. Not in this case.More

I was attracted by the very good reviews. And they were right. The food was great (we had the 6 course menu) and the wines were too. Staff spoke English well. The interior of the restaurant is a bit cold. Shiny tiles and a semi-basement.

I sincerely recommend the tasting menu, which, apart from being an incredibly exquisite treat, thanks to the service becomes a real spectacle. We don't find out what we will be served, until each of the dishes lands on our table. Each one is also accompanied...with a waiter's comment, which further enhances the surprise effect. And it's so sad that you have to destroy these masterpieces with a fork. ;) I sincerely recommend it once again, especially for special occasions. With my wife, we were delighted. The only downside to an evening in Quale is that 3 hours there pass like 30 minutes.More

It’s one of the 10 best meals I had (and that includes London, Barcelona, Spain and Jersey Michelin stars establishments). If you go for a tasting menu you are taken on a journey. Stunning meal - accommodated a non-meat eater easily for the 6 course tasting menu (and put up with his non-polish ability language wise!). All that aside the food was perfect - polish cuisine with a modern twist. Each course was amazing, whether the salmon or...lamb or celeriac. Whether smoked or not, all paired perfectly with the wine. This was for us the first time visiting a restaurant like this. We went in not knowing what to expect, but where positively blown away. The service was very friendly and willing to explain everything in English for me. The food was simply sublime. They...promised a surprise and they certainly delivered. Certain food combinations were unique to us, unlike anything we tried, but even the smallest detail went together perfectly with the rest. I recommend Quale to everyone.More

We were there to celebrate my wife's and we weren't disappointed. The waiting staff were attentive, but not over "clinging". The food was excellent, the decor was just right and the ambience excellent. Well done!

Very nice service and cool surprise with pre-starters. The tasting menu was very interesting and its really delicious ( garlic soup and Main with lamb was an absolute banger! 10/10) I'm sure we'll come back to try some more.
