The pancakes are really tasty! Place is overcrowded, that may be a problem. Service is not always polite, but still acceptable.

Great medium sized restaurant. Lovely atmosphere with great staff and vibe. Food is always amazing, lots of choice sweet or savory pancakes, I love this place. A must visit in my book.

Barszcz was awful but Lasagna naleśnikowa was really tasty.. The wait was too long we’ve been waiting it for one hour despite of that our order included only 3 dishes.. We asked for the bill and also waited it for 20 min .

Manekin offers something very special, waffles - not as desserts but main course. It is served with choices of meat or fish, with a variety of options for starters, desserts, soups, and beverages at a reasonable price. Portions are big too. Manekin was always popular and there is no surprise - variety of pancakes at a great value, big tasty portions. Unfortunately seems they don't have alcohol any more :S. I like to have a glass of wine with my food when travelling, so not being...able to do that was a bit of a downside. If you don''t mind that - definitely worth a try.More

Went in at midday for quick lunch. Given long menu with wide choice of different pancakes. The waiter helped explained the different types and recommended sauces. Food came quickly and couldnt have been better. Only problem was so full that we couldnt try the sweet...pancakes. Would definetaly go back if we have the chance. Brilliant little place for breakfast or lunch. We went for late breakfast/early lunch as a group of 11 visiting Bydgoszcz for the weekend, the restaurant was recommended to me by a local woman we met the day before and so glad she did. Service was...quite slow but the restaurant was pretty busy and we were a large group without a reservation but they managed to accommodate us. Menu is mostly different types of pancakes/crepes (both sweet and savoury options) along with a few soups/salads. Our group tried a range of things from American sweet pancakes with Nutella, crepes with fruit, to Mexican Burrito pancakes and even a pancake lasagne! All were excellent and if I’m ever in Bydgoszcz again would definitely return!More

We were just looking for a place to have a late breakfast after arriving on a very early flight. This place is fantastic! Food is all created upon pancakes (crepes I would say), but not the kind od pancakes or crepes I am used to....I had the typical soup zurek, it's really unique. I strongly recommend it!More

Had to call back here to have the Chicken Salad! Really superb then the Apple pie afterwards was the icing on the cake! On our visit the place was pretty busy and we did have to wait for a table but it’s worth it. Remember...to always pay in cash as I’ve been stung a couple of times here with currency charges and not been given the option to play in Zl on my card. Though this has not put me off coming back as the food is excellent.More

It is the best pancakes place I have ever visited. The food is delicious and the prices are low at the same time. Sometimes because of that you can see long queues outside - irritating but also proving the good quality of the food.

We went to this restaurant after seeing the reviews. It was absolutely packed with local people, the food was very different and all pancake based. Overall we enjoyed it. Not all the staff spoke English but a couple did and very well too, but to...be fair we can’t speak Polish either. Would definitely go again.More
