Just arrived in town, had not really done any research so decided to try what looked liked the busiest place. Turned out to be a good choice, lots of local people enjoying lunch which is always a good sign, we has trout which was lovely and carbonara which was perfect. We ate in the outside section so we could watch... More

Every time we are lucky to visit Bydgoszcz we head to Sowa. Sowa ice cream and desserts are the very best. The Sowa ice cream place is on Mostowa. Now also accross the street the Sowa restaurant (we visited it too). Bydgoszcz area malls have Sowa cafes and everywhere in every location they are the best. High quality products. Amazing... More

There are many of these restaurants so the formula is successful. The food is good mid-priced fare with pizza featuring large. Across the road is a café branch which serves wonderful carry-out ice cream - and 60p a time, fabulous!

Whatever you take in each Sowa bars, the only possibility is going out with a huge smile in your face! Coffee is far over average (often better than many I've had in Italy), cakes are always stunning (I'm completely in love with Dakłas cake), the few ice cream tastes are perfect even in their simplicity, and prices are reasonably fair!

They serve delicious desserts. I recommend the ice cream desserts. The place is also nice. It is necessary to visit this place (actually one of them because there are two Sowa's) during visiting Bydgoszcz

I like this place. Usually when I visit Bydgoszcz I go there because they serve classic polish soups in their ownes style. They also have very good pizza from wood oven.
