Nice location (right on the Old Market), usually packed, with thematic ambient (Gioconda in various versions, some of which you would not expect), and a pretty good pizza on a thin bottom. Truly enjoyed "Parma", but others seem to be good, too.
Have been here before, so admit, I had a feeling of déjà vu ...
However the place was packed, we had the last table. Felt sorry for the young blonde waitress, who was rushed off her feet. Not a lot of smiles from the staff,...shuffling papers and glasses behind the counter, however the young blonde one, smiled for the English visitor and suffered his lack of Polish.
Had a delicious Spaghetti Carbonara, Followed by Apple Pie from the Kawiarnia/coffee shop of the same company (Next door) which had just closed - but 'No problem' (Desserts come from there) and very nice it was too ...
Local red wine (Had to be tried) was a bit rough. Pizzas were excellent according to the rest of the family.
I dodged the mulled wine this time, However very pleased to be back, and happy to recommend ...More
I enjoy the pizza there even though it is different than what I can get in NY. Service is sometimes slow. Don't know if a reservation is necessary as whenever I was there I had no problems.
Last visited August 2016.
Went there with my boyfriend due to the fact that it's one of the few places in Zielona Góra that's open after 8 pm.
My pizza and my bf's dish were good, the wine and ambiance ok, the service excellent - fast & friendly!
I won't judge here the restaurant itself as I ordered pizza over the phone.
Literally, the pizza was awful... I could not even finish it, waaaay too much cheese and no taste. A sad experience I do not recommend to anyone.
Then judging by the...other reviews, eating in the restaurant may be a different story.More
Visited the restaurant as a group the night before a friends wedding and this place did not disappoint. After nearly 6 hours travelling, a nice cold beer and pizza wee just the ticket. The staff were friendly and helpful, fast service and a great choice...of pizza! Highly recommended.More
Pizza was nice but seems to have shrunk in size since the last visit. Glass of red wine had shrunk too, 2cm gap from the top of the glass. Mulled wine was boiling, needed to be warm to enjoy it.
Staff were nice and polite,...great surroundings, but question the value for money ...More
