Nice place,but waiters became quite arrogant and not in nice way sais-"no place". Always need to reserve table,otherwise will not be place. Food is nice.

We were recommended this restaurant by out hotel. The walk to the restaurant was great, sadly once we arrived at the restaurant it went downhill from there. The staff were unfriendly from the moment we arrived. The food was very average, the main courses arrived...during our starters. We asked them to bring the main courses later. They had obviously just kept the food on a hot plate as the main courses were dry. The Pinot Noir was good. When we left the staff didn’t say thank you or goodbye. There are a few restaurants on the same street so if you’re in the area you do have options. I certainly can’t recommend Espresso.More

Late lunch. Black ink seafood pasta was OK in taste in taste yet generous with the prawns and garlic. The pizza was rated 6/10 by my husband who said it was similar to Dr Oetker frozen pizza. Primitivo wine and Polish beer were,by contrast, rather...good. Very pleasant sitting in the sunshine and watching the river,swans & cygnets. No issues with the service. Price reasonable. Pay in zloty or euro.More

Food is quite ok.But service is horrible:waitress shouting on client and lazy to answer in simple questions.I went to ask by my self if they have small peace of lemon and in a bar I got.When waiter saw it,he started to blame on me,that after...all day he is very tired. The food was pretty good but everything else was a disaster. Our service was terrible. Our food was wrong, wine was wrong and we got charged extra because they served us the wrong wine. When trying to explain the situation the manager immediately pulled the..."we don't speak English card" and wouldn't even look at us. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.More

Alright food but the worst service ever. Very rude staff who treat tourists like idiots. They messed up our orders, and ended up getting the starters and the pizzas at the same time, than they overcharged us and when we explained to them the situation...they said we don't speak English. I do not recommend this place to anyone.More

We came here a family of 7 and bought three big pizzas. The salami-pepperoni pizza, bruschetta pizza and Hawaii pizza, they were all great! Best pizzas on our trip through Germany. Really recommend!

My girlfriend and I went there to celebrate her birthday with a couple of Pizzas and 2 glasses of wine. We ended up paying 60 euros, we didn't know that the prices were in zloty. As we paid it to the waiter, he didn't try...to clarify the situation, just took the money. We were also sitting on high chairs just next to the bar, while my hand was broken and in a sling, we tried to locate but we were told that tables are or more than 2 people. Next to the bar was quite loud and annoying. Pizza, I don't bake that well, the pizza that I once baked were better than what we ate.More

I had a business visit in Goerlitz and asked the client for lunch recommendations and he recommended this place. When I saw the prices I was surprised they were similar to a good restaurant in.Amsterdam where I live. But then I realised it was in...zloty not Euros, so it is 1/4 of the price. Choice and quality, presentation and service were very good ( and I am a bit of a snob ), the location is handy as it is on the border to the historical centre. I will come back. SusannMore

Super hot and steamy night. Walked over to Poland and took a table outdoors under the large canopy. Had a beer and pizza. One has to try pizza when Traveling. The 4 cheese version I got was very good, almost NYC quality. Service was friendly...and the crowd was lots of regulars. In fact I ran into 2 folks with their families from my clients company. Cost is crazy low based on ex hang rates.More

We ate here twice while on our vacation. The first time we each ordered a pizza and they were quite tasty and also good-sized. The four cheese pizza was delicious,as was the vegetarian pizza, which was loaded with toppings. We had an amazing basil lemonade...also - do try it!!. The service was attentive (but not too quick for comfort, letting us know that everything was really being made to. order) On our second visit we had breaded turkey with accompanying spaghetti marinara which was also good. and was large enough to split between the two of us and we each got a full plate! Certainly worth a visit for a filling meal... elegant environment and the price was good value for the money.More
