Recommended by a local and glad we listened. We were lucky to get table (even on covid) so make sure to book!
Really interesting venue. Decor has been well thought out and the history around the anti-communist party displayed throughout. This include the menu which...discusses the movement and also provides details about the local food
Variety of traditional meals, but also catering for dietary requirements (i.e. vegetarian)
Portion sizes are very generous
Extremely cheap for the quality of food and experience of dinning
Overall: A must for WroclawMore
The staff was very friendly, the menu quite big with a lot of options. The food was really good and very big quantities! Prices are not so high (compared to other European countries, it was actually pretty cheap) and the place is very nicely decorated....I would definitely recommend.More
Great location giving you a lots of information about the Polish resistance. Also great for outdoor dining, serving a huge variety of traditional dishes. The dishes are not sophisticated but large and OK to well done. I thought the pork neck of the “Wrocław Konspirator’s...Dinner Set” was not of the best quality, but I liked the beef Roulade very much. The best dish we had were the toasted meat dumplings.More
did we wait until our last night to eat here? Magnificent quality food with fast friendly service and reasonable prices with a quirky themed setting, but I so wish we'd have gone there on our first night as we'd have probably have gone on the...remaining three too as I'd have like to try the other dishes.More
Reminder of the communist days of the Soviets occupying Poland and heroic struggle of the Solidarnosc Labor Union and Solidarnosc Walczaca (Fighting Solidarity) led by Kornel Morawiecki, late father of the current Prime Minister. Lots of memories, pictures of friends on the walls of secret...room. Also great food.More
First I was afraid this might be just another tematic restaurant, but I was totally wrong!
Food is very good, great portions and small prices. Polish tradicional food at its best and a nice service.
Decor os subjected to freedom strugle in the eighties, with...Solidarnosc posters and photos and lots of interesting memorabilia.
There is indeed a hidden cosy museum inside the restaurant that deserves a look.More
