Me and my friends were at the place and waited for about 30min without anyone recognising us. After 30min I asked if we could order and they said they don't serve after 8pm. It was 08:07pm! I asked one more time if we could order...because we're already waiting since a long time. They answered that they can't give us ice cream anymore and whipped cream is also empty. While saying this other people were served with ice cream and whipped cream... What's going on????More
Lovely place and lovely location but my trip was totally ruined by a waitress called karolina . she was extremely rude , patronising and I can not explain enough her rudeness. She shouted at my mum who was trying to ask for vanilla ice cream...- apparently the don’t do vanilla but a simple ‘we don’t have it ok sorry’ would have sufficed. Had planned a nice waffle and drink but we ended up just having coffee as she was so rude. Please do not be waited by her as it will ruin your entire visit. Extremely disappointed. End of the coffee when went to pay she presented card machine , didn’t say anything and walked off offering no receipt . Had to ask her senior to request the receipt , karolina came back threw it on table and walked off. However the food and drink looked lovely - just be careful of staff!More
Very good place, very tasty ice cream, we ordered orea ice cream for 22 pln and it was perfect: not too much sugar, something you enjoy and you do not want it to finish. The service is quick though the venue is full Bravo... It...seems that the food in Wrocław is better than Szczecin so farMore
Arrived at 1650 and left at 1725. Took order after 10 minutes and disappeared. Far too few staff for a busy cafe. Went 100 yards and served straight away
The pancakes here were great and there were so many flavours of ice cream to choose from it was fascinating! The waitress was also lovely and helped us translate the menu to English. The only issue I’d mention was they were clearly understaffed.
After walking by this place multiple times I finally gave in and the entire family had some great icecrem. Looking forward to come back
We actually went twice which breaks our rules when on our city breaks. We enjoyed the ambiance of the cafe and the food was exceptional. The crumble was excellent, the coffee just right and the first visit I tried a hot apple based drink which...warmed me up and filled me at the same time. Wether we were lucky but on both visits we had our choice of seats and were served quickly. Very good quality food and very good value for moneyMore

Great selection of ice creams and cakes. Some of the best coffee in Wroclaw and the 2 cakes that we had were substantial and delicious. Comfortable and interesting surroundings. The staff although not terrible could have Ben more attentive.
Called in here today around 11.30am. We wanted tea, coffee & croissants. After waiting about 15 minutes for our order to be taken a girl came & we placed our order. About 5 minutes later a boy came to the table and informed us that...they only serve croissants with coffee, so the two teas we ordered could not have any!! We left!!! Much better helpful & friendly places than this which allow you to order what you want. Try the little bakery round the corner!More
Located in the heart of the Old Town Amorinio Ice Cream & Grand Cafe was a great cafe we dropped into as we were exploring around this wonderful area of Wrocław. A beautiful interior with great decor and furnishings with plenty of seating options spread...throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the beautiful square . We were here on a Friday afternoon, we ordered strawberry ice cream and waffles each ,these were absolutely delicious, the ice cream was amazing, made with real fruit and super tasty and the waffles were about the best I've tasted in Wrocław. We just chilled out and took in the great cafe we were in ,we enjoyed our ice cream and waffles and planned out the day ahead in this beautiful city. We really enjoyed our ice cream and waffles in here before we moved on and for a first time visit we were very impressed with this cafe . Amorinio Ice Cream And Grand Cafe is easy to locate on Ul Wita Stwosza in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, Open from 9am. A great cafe in a cool location, well worth checking out if your in the area.More
Came for ice cream and a few cocktails 🍹🍦The ice cream was lovely and the cocktails were okay but the staff weren’t attentive at all! It was abit annoying as we were literally the only people in at the time and the waitresses were all...too busy chatting to each other and it felt like they were actively avoiding our gaze when we wanted to order more drinks so my boyfriend had to physically go to them and ask. I understand it’s hard to get drinks etc when a place is busy but when there’s a bigger staff to costumer ratio there’s no excuse really!More

It is lovely place that offers really good ice cream. It is made from real berries and fruits (not just giving the artificial flavour of them), includes pieces of berries and fruits, making the ice cream really enjoyable. The portions are big ones, they actually...are as big they look from the pictures in the menu. And if the menu says, a portion is for two, then they really mean it. Looking previous reviews then it seems that the biggest issue with this place is slow or/and rude service. We did not experience it, the service in general in Wroclaw does not boost emotions, it is rather calm and a little slow.More
Waffles were OK but the waiter did not give us a knife. And they just made me suffer with splitting waffles with one small fork. Overwall: they cook nice waffles
