A fast and short description would be "DISAPPOINTED". I came with my family (for some people was the first time, including me) knowing that the Restaurant has a "great reputation" regarding the location, service, food, etc. I understand that maybe because is Sunday is more...busy than usual, however for the beginning I want to say that I found very unprofessional the marketing technique. By that I mean, first you pay and then you wait for your order, in this way you can't leave despite your food take very long to came (we wait more than 1 hour until the first order came). Additionally, when the order came the garson didn't knew what food he brings, he needed to go back and check what is it, so this way we also knew if was for us or not. Finnaly, I have to say that considering the price, the food is overrated (my personal opinion), not to mention that the garson was not the most friendly (hope is just a bad day for him and is not like that usually). Despite all the negative aspects, probably one positive aspect is the nice looking rustic/medieval location. P.S.: if you are hungry that may not be the best place, considering the waiting time until your oder cames.More

We are in Szklarska on average 3-4 times a year, we always visited Alfredo and we were even satisfied. Till this day, we ordered 4 dishes, I wanted mushrooms, I ordered tenderloin with boletus, everything was ok until I found 1.5 cm worm in the...sauce. I understand mushrooms etc, but explaining that it's the supplier's fault and my risk is out of place, I'm disgusted and disappointed.More

We planned on eating here in the evening but we didn‘t. Here’s why: In the afternoon I went in and asked very politely if I could please use their restroom. The answer was a rude „No. No you can‘t“. Then the waitress signed to the...entry to make me leave. I would have payed them for allowing me to go! It was a really weird experience. There were no guests who could have been disturbed by someone walking to the bathrooms and I was dressed well. So I do not see any reason for such a weird behavior. We have visited twice this restaurant during last weekened. We have been there first time by accident as place we selected was full and there was a sign no free tables on the doors. However as we were really hungry we asked and we got...a table. Nice! I dont know what is the concept its some kind of pizza & steak. Honestly? I dont care. We got fantastic cheeks, 3 different steaks (chicken or beed, we had 2 visists) and all was really super tasty. I would say the chicken steak with garlic butter of my wife was her steak of the year! italian style restaurant - with quality pizza and choice of pastas. It's important to mention all is resonably priced and portions are ok. From these restaurants we've visited is most probably one of the best in Szklarska.
